Nice condo & good location again. Personally I think it's about the smallest I'd want to live in. There's a lot of empty property's around Thailand, with a lot of buildings only having an occupancy rate of between 20 - 30% & new building still going up. Renting for most people may be the better option & invest their money else wear. Also renting gives a lot more flexibility to move easily if desired. That's not to say I wouldn't never buy a property if it really ticked all my boxes.😉 Thank you Cooper & Darlen for take the time out of your day to show us things there. I appreciate it.🤗

I’ve just put a deposit down on the same room but 36th floor (top floor I think) 16000 p/m for 6 months which isn’t bad at all considering 6 months are usually higher priced than 1 year contracts.

Sorry if this is already somewhere in the comments below, but what is the nearest crossroad (crossing 2nd) to this property? Looking to see how far north/south it is vs say Thepprasit or something like Soi 1, 7 , Soi Welcome etc. Is this right behind the Jomtien Night Market & Copacabana? Thanks!

A couple of outstanding questions from a previous vlog that also applies to this one.
1, What are the typical transfer fees 50/50, is it a % of the sales costs?
2, Maintenance fees per metre per month as these vary from one complex to the next?
These things need to be factored into the overall cost of deciding to buy a condo, usually the sinking fund has been taken care of by the seller on resales, but could be a concern too if it's rebated on the sale.

I am living in this property. Sadly, I can smell my neighbors' food, the stench from the bathroom drain ,and especially the 32th floor guy whole day smoking and coughing.

we have all been bought up to view property as a investment but Asia is different look at the realistic price of rentals in (Hipflat Pattaya) multi ply that with the cost of buying ie condo price 2.5 M rental price all year round average 25,000 i always multiply by 10 years not 12 too cover upkeep costs wear and tear which = 2.5M other factors too take in consideration your age , over 55 better off to rent , the Agents will try to bluff you with "you can get between 5%-7% on your money" total rubbish most older condos !5-20 years plus are being either converted into smaller condos or being pulled down . i can"t compare Thailand to Vietnam but their property market are having real problems with over development for a Chinese market which will never happen ie 25m box condos . ON the upside Thailand is the best place to live and will be returning next year enjoy your videos
