What happens with Chelsea? They spent a billion quid by signing players on eight and nine year contracts. Only after they'd done so did the PL ban that to be in line with FFP - let one of the big six have a huge advantage. At the time UEFA said that if Chelsea qualified for Europe they wouldn't be allowed to compete - and rightly so - but at that time Chelsea looked a shambles and unlikely to finish top ten, but a billion quid helps I suppose.
So will UEFA bottle it, or ban them? I suspect I can guess the answer.

He doesn't deserve it. Our squad isn't big enough for cup runs yet. One step at a time. We still have domestic cups.
