Great information. Thanks for sharing!!
Buyers using mass entry and the cart optimizer really are the secret that makes the whole thing work. List everything and the pricier cards you have typically take the bulk stuff along with them.
What's really interesting to me are the orders I get of 50 cards, 1 copy each, all from the same expansion. I get maybe 2-4 of those per week. It appears that set collecting is still alive.
lol, Loved your Denial-of-Service attack reference! I would love to know if that seller ever listed another $0.01 card again. Wow great story!
I looked out today and there are a LOT of $0.01 cards available. Maybe I go shopping again...
Thank you!
Also haven't done the calc yet, but if all the cards are foiled, I think its pretty close to extra ounce at 5 cards.
Good comment. I had never thought about the additional weight and thickness of foils. I bet they're 2-4% of my total sales.
Just FYI recently the shipping shields have issues... apparently they are too stiff. Just 1 card in a shipping shield in a PWE my PO wants to charge $1.35 for it to ship. And I'm not the only one. Someone I know also got the same issue.. a bunch of his got returned by the PO.
PO would reject mine for any type of stiffness and send it back with a sticker asking for $4.50 more postage. I just send it in a penny sleeve and team bag wrapped in the packing slip now. Anything over 1oz will have 2 stamps and Non-machinable stamp.
@@Ronin57800 My guess is it is related to the increase in gas prices...
I have been using the Vaultx Semi-Rigids for my singles and have not had any issues. I have 1 or 2, taped in tandem, to the packing slip with printed address in a window envelop. They are flexible and keep the card stationary and will hold 2 in a penny sleeve.
Good to know. I bought a lot about six months ago and I'm still working through them.
My machinability rejections came from thickness issues of putting more than 8 cards in a Shipping Shield. I've done at least 13 loose cards in a Team Bag, times three, in one plain white envelope and had success. Rob says you can do up to 17x3!
Something I never remember to consider is that I could split an order into two PWEs to make it work.
Yep, just got 15 PWEs returned to me today, and many were just single cards in UltraPro semi-rigids, not even a team bag
I have a serious question because I cannot figure it out at all. The breakeven totals in column "M"... how are you calculating that?
I too am wondering this
omg they actually sent that 8k card order?
Haha yeah. I actually felt a little bad...
