I WISH I bought cards from you in the past. I certainly will in the future. It’s an adventure every time I receive my TCGPlayer cards in the mail.
If only TCGPlayer had the eBay PWE program.
You know.. I often wonder that myself - they are in fact - the same company? Hope to see your orders! :)
I really like how you print the invoice on thermal paper. I'll have to give that a try. I use green tape folded over with pull tabs lol
Thanks!!! I’m actually a fan of pull tabs and I’m wondering if I have ordered from you before. The problem with pull tabs is it’s time consuming I think, but they are nice
I can't stand when I get an order "for a $4 card" and it's taped up like a boxer's hand before going in the glove 😢
Hahaha I know I’ve almost damaged cards many times getting the tape off the stuff 🤣
@@PhilosopherCards oh yeah
For your 39 card example with the cut binder sheets and the plain white envelope. Do you add cardboard on either side? Awesome video btw!
I do not! If you do, it will be too thick and usps will reject, but if you pack it that tightly, they protect each other
How do you get your PWE postage in landscape? I'd like to use my new thermal printer for regular envelope postage but can't figure out how to get out of portrait.
Yeah man - control panel - printer settings - click on the printer, set up the printer through there in landscape
do you have links to the other shipping supplies like the envelopes you use? I haven't heard anyone say that smaller envelopes work for them and they don't get sent back a lot. I've laywas heard #10 envelopes work best.
I've also heard people using the card binder sleeve method, but I'm having a hard time visualizing how they would fit all of that into a envelope without it being too bulky.
Hey there! #10 envelopes work best for quantity above 22 cards and if you print your packing slip on a normal 8.5 x 11. In my case - I print the packing slip on thermal paper and its super thin. I use the size A4 envelopes that I buy on ebay. Here is a link to some envelopes that I just purchased and it will help the channel as its an affiliate link :) ebay.us/QqFFE8
You would only use the binder pages on orders with greater than 22 cards and it must be shipped in a #10
my comment got deleted i guess lol, but ya i just use window envelopes and print the packing sheet out on regular paper, but i have a laser jet printer so its not too bad. My question is, is your method of buying postage cheaper than normal stamps? Im REALLY looking forward to the video about tcg direct cuz i havent ventured into that yet, thanks for the video!
That should be next week! Yes my postage is a few cents cheaper for postage and for non machine! It may have gotten kicked from the CZcams bots
could you link the thermal printer and labels you use? I find that the labels tend to add up in price
You can pretty much use any thermal printer but here is a link to the labels a.co/d/iDrTRCb
What was the Amazon one you recommended? I'm trying to automate more of my process and the manual stamping has been time consuming
Here’s the thermal printer I’m using POLONO Label Printer, PL420 4x6... www.amazon.com/dp/B0B52V5HQ1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You using A4 envelopes?
Yes!
