I've been fasting for 136 hours now and only have 32 hours left for my 7-day fast. Had a couple days where it was tough not to eat something, but that was late at night. I wasn't going to weigh myself until after the 7-day fast, but yesterday I needed some motivation, so I weighed myself and have lost 7 pounds so far. Great video, and thanks for sharing.
I did 3 times a 6 day water fast in my life. The euphoria you get on the 6th day is inexpressible and amazing. I haven’t fasted in a while but I felt like I need one this week. I’m a teacher so it’s going to be a real challenge,yet I’m determined because of the good benefits especially if you have eczema I know for sure that itchiness will be gone. I just want to mention that this video was a breath of fresh air loved your journey and you’re gorgeous 🩵☀️
because you're already thin, so you become thinner and thinner through fasting, but the appearance is not important here, it is about health, your body is rebuilt inside, makes you younger and healthier in the future.
That is the only reason to do a water only fast. If you are not doing for health reason, there is no purpose for doing it. You are doing it for the right reasons. Keep up the good works.

It has reversed all my ailments and even my vitiligo over the last few years. I have always looked young for my age but I’m glowing now and even my eye colour has changed and my eyes look lighter n brighter. ❤

@@Kuccc001 I DID!!! It was the first time I didn’t quit and went back. Leaving those bad habits in my 20’s did the trick. Plus I did a 6 day fast and got into working out 5 days a week. Got way more responsible and I’m actually getting stuff done. Thank you for replying. This reminds me that I had set my mind to this and that I succeeded.

i am on 17th day of water fasting. day 1 and 2 were toughest for me after that it wasn't too hard. i keep myself busy. when you know you're losing good amount of weight it gives you motivation and that motivation gives you lots of strength.
hi so i waterfasted for 7 days heres my journey!! (im 16 btw) starting weight: 67.8 kg 1st day: it was hard i drank water went to the gym and slept weight at morning was 66.8✅ 2nd day: hardest did the same as yesterday i was so tired and fainting started like when u quickly get up you will see black for couple of secs✅ weight:65.8 3rd day: so so hard didnt workout out stayed in bed i was going to fall when i got up gladly i had something to knee on ✅weight was:64.7 4th day: couldnt complete so decided to eat a small slice of water melon (to not die😭🙏🏻) but didn’t really affect me but it felt good ✅weight was 64 5th day : same things didnt eat tho tired ✅weight was : 63.8 6th day: SO TIRED but hunger went out now its more of nauseous idk why although not eating anyth just water i also added ginger shots anways ✅ weight was: 63 7th day: LAST DAY today went shopping so it was so tiring also went to a saloon so so tiring and now im just resting waiting it to finish ✅ weight: 62.5 total lost: 5.3 kgs overall: really proud of myself did for a party actually and now i look good got compliments on my body saying i lost weight mom proud although i kept it a secret mom wouldnt not be happy to know i didnt eat i just told her im on a diet so ill not be eating ur food this helped yes done cant weight for tmr to refuel haha stay safe yall and dont do this if u want to lose weight slowly bye 💗

Hello guys, as a 22 year old woman with 55 kg, I am not happy with my weight, and ı developed a bad relationship with food for the last 3 months. To cure this relationship the constant guilt binging and etc. I decided to keep myself away from food for 7 days with fasting. Mentally and physically ı will be better cause I will lose the 5 kg that ı want to lose and eat normal after this. I will update my results. My height is 1.62
Fasted 33 days without choice, no salt, no other electrolytes, lost 11 pounds week one, 9 week two, etc. encountering plateau seen by many in week three despite consuming NOTHING just more water. This was literally forced on me (one might analogize to crime); I ultimately lost 20% of starting weight, already. LEAN “under 50 kg” weight. REFEEDING SYNDROME WAS HORRIFIC … at times I wish I’d just kept not eating once free to eat, as anything difficult except fatigue and weakness from muscle loss had passed. No desire for food. Resumed eating so as to stay alive. Question that decision.
Warning...For hypoglycemia people follow directions on what to do when the shakes happen. You have to be very careful with full fasting. Thank you for covering that at the end of your vlog ❤
I've never done a water fast, but I did a 10 day juice fast a few years ago. I'm thinking about water fasting next week though and prepping for it. It's healthy for your body to fast from time to time, so I need to just do it. I find inflammation goes down drastically after a good fast.

This sounds extreme and a shock to your body to fast for many days. . . The way I have found to fast/eat, I feel is much kinder and more effective and has lasting benefits to your body and spirit. . . I do a daily mini fast by skipping b'fast and lunch each day, (drinking water with apple cider & lime in it whenever I feel) I then have a grazing session/meal each day between 5-8. . . I built up to it gradually over a year or so, by 1st skipping b'fast, then lunch as well. . . This also slows aging and triggers the youthing protocol in your body, by giving your digestive system time to recover/reset, by fasting for about 18 hrs each day. . . I have more energy than ever, feel clearer and cleaner, and never feel hungry. . . WHEN you eat, is way more important than what you eat. . . Happy days. . .

Hi! So I just had one good meal the night before starting. It is recommended that if you aren't used to fasting to practice a bit maybe with intermittent fasting so you don't shock yourself. I myself have been practicing intermittent fasting so i did not feel the need to prepare.

How do you not break a fast with Lime? it contains fructose for starters. Why do you need Apple Cider Vinegar to control blood sugar if you are not consuming anything? I mean we controlled our blood sugar for hundreds of thousands of generations without these substances whilst fasting. Why do we need them now?

It is all anecdotal and if you look at the mineral breakdown of that salt then you would soon realize that whilst it may contain over 80 trace minerals they are minute. water fasting should be done if you actually have fat to live off. for very thin individuals you should prepare first by gaining weight first.

Fasting helps to lower insulin resistance which is at the root of diabetes. Additionally, fasting is a good way to restore the health of one’s gut biome. In the future you may find the process easier if you adopt a ketogenic or carnivore diet for 14 days prior to fasting.
