  • Kellogg’s CEO Steve Cahillane is the face of corporate greed.
    Cahillane made $11.6 million in 2020 - a 20% raise from 2019.
He’s forced employees to work 80+ hours/week and run factories 24/7 during the pandemic to generate the company’s record profits.

Thus keeping wages low for workers but salaries and bonuses high for management. Look it up . Around every four to eight years there is a hig job losses across blue collar jobs. These families usually end up losing thier homes, change in careers are needed. White collar jobs not really effected during these. We bailed out the banks in 2008 almost $1 trillion +. The banks used this money to buy homes and than they rented them back to the American's that bailed them out. It's was a total scam aginst the American people 😒.

Americans should just start shopping at all the foreign supermarkets..like around where I live there are a bunch of em, Mexican markets, Chinese markets, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. I am so sick of the cronie capitalism on steroids and the interconnected nature of our scam economy. Food designed to make us sick, Healthcare designed to make us poor, but then we have to eat still, so we get sicker and then it's more co-pays and price gouged prescriptions, and then we work our asses off just to get poorer and sicker while the CEOs come in once a month to collect their bags of money. What a sick country.

All the upper management can think about is the money. . .they think all the workers want is "more money." No, the workers want to be able to have a day off, the workers want to not have to work 12-16 hours every single day. What's the point of having "great health insurance" if you can never go to your appointments because you're working every day?
Kellogg's likes to push "workplace safety" but they flat out ignore that worker fatigue is behind a LOT of injuries and illnesses. Not to mention, when someone has been doing 16 hour shifts several times a week, with only 8 hours to go home, rest and eat before coming back to work again, they risk their own safety as well as the safety of other drivers during the commute.
But Kellogg's CEO has his $12M salary and $6M house, so that's all that matters to him. They can just hire more workers, right?

The entire country needs to get organized into unions and the unions need to get behind the workers, stop paying union executives exhorbitant saleries, give each worker a cut in their union dues for each worker they bring into the union we don't need these highly paid organizers who a lot of them get paid not to go into a plant to sign them up solidarity

KARMA ALWAYS RIDES HIGH!increased production doesn't last forever. When you step on the people who brought forth the effort and time in the products eventually you'll end up with a empty ceral box.

It's ridiculous the sat back that has occurred in labor market due to corporate greed. The forty hours weeks, and every two a ten to fifteen minutes breaks are obsolete. No longer profit sharing or fair labor laws that keep wages in step with INFLATION. Equity not just equality is at stake in America.

You're CEO is obviously insincere. Like the politicians that run this country, he says the right words but he's talking out of both sides of his mouth. It should be against the law to work anyone more than six days in a row or more than twelve hours in a day even without a union. Any management that can't run a business better than that is incompetent, dishonest and criminal.
