There was so much great football this year, the Packers, Texans, Browns, Bills, Bucs. I’m going to go back and watch some of these games - Ravens, Oakland(ha!) and even the Broncos. After Maholmes won his first Super Bowl, I thought OMG, this dude is a threat to three-peat. All those injured AFC quarterbacks will be back next year fully healthy. I saw the sea-of-hands game, and those Dolphins had the best shot coming off a perfect season, but bad luck took them down. But then again, who thought the curse of the bambino would be broken.

They have the best player in the history of the game. The Chiefs hacked the league w/ the Hill trade + they got compensation for Ryan Poles that turned into Chenal (blocked extra point, forced fumble). Our GM hits on almost every pick, we have 6 in this draft. Our coordinators are returning. They usually get picked off after SB wins. They have the cap space to tag Jones after an MVS & Reid cut. They can restructure Mahomes contract to free up another 12M to sign Hollywood. Rice is going to be better. They can draft a WR in the 1st and be stacked on that side of the ball again.

Veach is going to attack the receiver position this offseason the way he attacked the offensive line after the Bucs superbowl loss. They will have a big free agent signing and probably a first round pick on their receiving corps next season and the offense will be way better. Thats the scary thing.

They've got a lot of decisions to make, with so many solid contributors, like Nnadi, Danna, Wharton, Edwards, and Gay hitting free agency. I haven't heard about (m)any re-signings, except for Chris Jones.
Subject to what happens with the D-Line, KC doesn't have a lot of big holes. They'd like to get better at left tackle. Maybe Morris, in his 2nd year, can step in, but I wouldn't mind if they took another stab for up-side in the 3rd, if another OT comes along. KC's biggest need is probably WR, and some mix of FA and the draft should address that.
After the top couple WRs in free agency, prices might be depressed for FA WRs this year. There're a lot of WRs in the 2024 draft, and I don't think teams will feel as needy. So there could be a good deal on a good WR.

Packers and Browns didn't have to deal with free agency and the salary cap, so they could keep all of their dynasty teams together, along with the Steelers, 49ers, and Cowboys. Also the Pac and Browns didn't half to deal with the AFC, since it didn't exist at that time. The Patriots were spying on all of thier competition for thier first 3 titles. So it stands to reason that if the Chiefs win 3 in a row and 4 out of 6 then they will go down as the greatest team of all time. This would also mean that the Chiefs would be 1 superbowl win from tying the Steelers and Pats for most Lombardi awards. Next year is gonna be lit.
People will still pick the Chargers to win the division and still say Lamar, Burrow and Allen are better.
