This was our first experience at an All Inclusive Resort! We chose this resort after a friend referred us to the Secrets Collection. Hyatt Inclusive Collection definitely has our business for now on! We were impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, affordability, activities (paid) and quality of the food. Feel free to ask us any questions below!

how was the food and drinks at the resort?
It was actually pretty good. We love the variety of choices throughout the resort. 😃
Do you think upgrading to preferred club is worth it? And is the swim out warm?
Honestly, we didn’t see the difference. The swim out room was totally worth every penny.
Did you do any excursions?
No we did not book any excursions. Just wanted to rest and relax during this vacation. 😄
Very nice video. We just returned from our Thanksgiving visit this week. The resort is closing for a time In March for a major renovation.

From what we heard, they’re just updating the rooms and spaces around the resort.
Do you think it’s worth it to get the preferred club suite?
Honestly, we didn’t see any difference between the preferred club and the standard. ❤️
