- This was our first experience at an All Inclusive Resort! We chose this resort after a friend referred us to the Secrets Collection. Hyatt Inclusive Collection definitely has our business for now on! We were impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, affordability, activities (paid) and quality of the food. Amazing video!! Is the pool for the swim out room warm during day/night time?
It was still cool because our specific pool had very little direct sunlight…but it felt great after being in the sun all day!
How did you contact the hotel for transportation? I emailed and no answer, going in November!
How was the food inside resort ?
The food was honestly amazing. Every restaurant was top tier quality food. If we don't return for anything else, it would be for the cuisine alone!
Were you on the preferred side/preferred club? I though oceana was for preferred so curious. Thanks!!
No weren’t on the preferred side. Oceana is only for preferred guests during breakfast. 😃

Sometimes we have vacations to where we want to just enjoy each other and the moment instead of speaking into the camera. This was one of those vacations!! I knew some viewers would say this but I needed a break this time. Thanks for watching!

Yes! Normal US outlets :)
Thinking of booking this exact style room for my birthday in September. Were the swimout pools clean? I'm torn between the swimout and the balcony hot tub🥴
100% clean...and we don't take cleanliness lightly lol No leaves or "rings" in or around the pools. They were very fresh and the water was very clear. Depending on how much you want to spend, both I think would be a good option. Take the hot tub if you want more of an "up high" view!

Enjoyed your videos of the resort my wife and I a going in December. You both did a great job and it looked like you enjoyed your vacation, keep posting.I have a question what do you know about the visitax? How long was the the ride to the resort and back to the airport?
We did alot of research on the visitax prior to going. We were prepared to pay it. However, we didn’t pay it. No one said anything about it and we heard it was not being enforced when we went.
The ride from the airport to the resort was about 30 minutes. Hope this helps. ❤️

What month and year did you visit? Also, did you go to the Dreams side? If so, how was it?
We visited September 2023. We did get a chance to visit the Dreams side of the resort. We actually enjoyed it. Very well put together and clean. You can also try out the restaurants on that side because it’s included in your resort fee.
Thank you for this amazing video! We are considering this resort or Excellence Playa Mujeres. Quick question: was it a long walk from your room to the restaurants and bars? It seems like you took a golf cart most places?
Some places are a short distance. However, other places you have to take the golf cart. Plus, it gets really hot there. ❤️
were all the breakfast meat options pork only?
Good question. We don’t eat pork at all. This resort had a wide variety of options available. 😃

What is your recommendation for the activity there? I want take my husband to there for upcoming anniversary
We did the shopping tour in Cancun. We were only there for few days and didn’t want to do anything big this go round. Next time we go we’ll definitely be doing an excursion. ❤️
Did you like the food? How much is it a night?
The food was phenomenal when we went. We did not have a bad experience at all.
I can’t remember the exact price per night. I would say it was somewhere around $275 ball park. Don’t quote me on it. I know it’s according to the month you are going. Hope this helps. ❤️
Check out Tulum, it’s a little bit of a drive but worth it. Take the ferry boat over to to Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island. The water is the bluest of blue.
Secrets resort is amazing and you definitely get your monies worth
