the person who buys the walker off ebay for whatever price you can get really needs it, If the carbooter really wanted it to go to someone who really needed it he could have given away free to a nursing home.. the irony of a car boot seller saying he dislikes resellers..
Thank you a person that understands. He could of priced it high, he could of gave it to charity but wanted the money and soon offered it him. Some people are so judgemental, it's not like I stole it off a granny.
The car boot seller is a reseller (if you think about it).

The only way to do it, is to get the price you want whether it be a reseller or normal punter , Happy days 😊
Tbh harsh to buy that when his wish was for it to go to someone who NEEDED it. You pushed the price down as well. Im a part time reseller myself but I don't like that. Gives reselling a bad name.
It's business and I've seem him sell on there multiple times. Plus it will be going to someone who needs it, someone who can't get out the house or in a remote place as I seem to sell walkers to people in the middle of nowhere. So you've never haggled?
@JonSheppardsells I wouldn't haggle if I am already making a big profit on it. No need. Don't get me wrong, respect the hustle but just thought that was a bit below the belt. Didn't sit right with me. My personal opinion.
Not a big profit and usually I can get walkers for £5 for my walker client. Do you know nursing homes put them in the skip when a person dies as its not there property

If I bought everything the car boot would be empty plus it'll be going to someone who needs it in a remote area as sold plenty people customers in the middle of nowhere thanking me and even drove to a person's house as he couldn't get out the house.

He isn’t doing anything wrong! The charity shops round my way are full of walkers and wheelchairs and they sell them for anything between £15 - £75. If they were so charitable they would give them away for free! You can buy whatever you like to sell. Everything you buy someone is profiting from you. That’s life. The CEOs of charity shops are earning 300k a year plus. Profiting from people giving stuff away for free!!! Leave the guy alone at least he had the brains to buy and sell and make money for his family. As for the guy asking him what’s he going to do with it ? It’s not really his business as long as he gets what he wanted for it. Companies that sell walkers eg: Argos sell them for £110 are you going to say they shouldn’t ?? Get real.

Don't need to say what I want to do with it he knew I was a reseller, big bag of random stuff and a go pro in his face, how more obvious. Not immoral as he soon wanted the money, he could of sold it privately or have it to charity, but I guess them selling it is fine. Cheers for the view got that things to heart

I personally think its a good thing for a reseller to find walkers and sell them on. Not only do you guys fully check them over, make sure theyre in immaculate condition before you sell on, but you deliver to the buyers door. How many people that actually need a walker or are looking for a specific one will hunt hours around a carboot. Not gonna happen. Im sure an online buyer is a happy one, going online and looking for the one thats right for them is much more convenient. Thats my opinion. 😊 Also if it wasn't for resellers, carboots probably wouldn't sell many large items anyway. If they sell items at a carboot then they shouldn't question any buyer. End of. Great videos by the way.😅

Well done, great haul especially the flasks. Regarding the walker, i bought 3 after watching your videos and sold them locally. Made £30 on each and everyone i sold them to were so grateful for the price and giving their elderly parent help being mobile. ❤

@@JonSheppardsells it’s eBay policy due to safety regulations - Eligible sellers can list new bicycle helmets. Used bicycle helmets are not allowed.
Won’t even be an option for used. Just giving a heads up to others who might go and pick them up

I don't get the argument for not buying something because someone else could buy it. I could spend every weekend at car boots for items to add to my collections but I'd rather let someone else do that becuase I can afford to pay a bit extra for the convenience of not having to.
The argument is the man specifically wanted to know if he was buying it for someone he knew or just wanted to resell it at a premium, he is well within his right to ask this
