      Just one query if you read this ,
      My CPU is i7-12700KF 3.61Ghz
      After disabling the turbo it's only going upto 2.75ghz , is there any way to use the remaining ghz and still won't get any heating issue like 100c heating

    • @tech-info
      @tech-info  Před rokem +1

      @@KyaYaarChintu That's basically what turbo does. Actually, your CPU base speed is 2.75 GHz. Then the turbo boost thing give more power (watts) to CPU which causes heating. It is just like you are forcing someone to eat though their stomatch is already full. Thus, we can't achive stable performance in 3.61 Ghz.

    hi i have performed all your ways for the overheating problem. I have only one problem with dead by daylight the other games work for me. after like 30 minutes of playing i start to lag having freeze and fps drop and this happens every 3-5 minutes i tried all possible ways i play in a laptop and i think its the overheating problem. Are you saying I should buy a thermal past?

    • @tech-info
      @tech-info  Před rokem

      It can be due to two events. First one is high RAM usage. You can verify it from task manager. When you start to feel the game's being laggy )prob after 30 mins), press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open the task manager and go to performance section. There you can see the RAM being consumed. If it's too high then it probably high RAM usage. The same goes for VRAM which is your GPU. Check the VRAM consumption too. The second one is ofc high CPU/GPU temperature. You can also verify this by using temperature recording softwares like MSI burner.
      For Fix,
      To fix RAM/VRAM usage you have two options.
      1) Decrease current graphics settings to a bit less. (Step Down)
      2) Upgrade
      3) Use software like Mem Reduct (You need to use proper settings else it will not work)
      To fix high temperature (thermal throttling),
      1) At first check whether the thermal paste and fans are in fine conditions or not.
      2) If you are ok with undervolt then do it.

    Don't do that😭just use 99% that'd turn off turbo boost and it'll alone decreases 15 to 30% heat

      @tech-info  Před rokem

      Yeah. We can do this too. Also disabling turbo boost from BIOS is much more better option

    Thank you for the Tips. However, my pc lags when I am playing a game after 2-3 mins... Pc operation speed is really good when not gaming. And the temp sits at 50 when not gaming but goes upto 85-90 during a game. I have set the max power to 90%. But it didn't fix the issue..... I was already 80 hours into the gameplay on rdr2. Then it suddenly started lagging and overheating 2 weeks back. It didn't lag before😢 could it be an issue with the hard disc. My pc is almost 5 years old..

    For some reason my CPU overheats when I play games like AC Valhalla and Cyberpunk. My system is pretty clean and I have reapplied thermal paste just a few days ago and still getting temps that go up to almost 100. Those are the two games I've been having issues so far. It doesn't do this to all my other games.
