My cpu avaraged between 85% to 90% with 40% cpu usage, i've seen your video and said to myself "what 5% is going to change", my cpu now sits at 55%, thank you so much for 3 years i always thought i was scammed on CPU.

@@tech-info ok thanks
So by discharging laptop from charger we can also reduce heating?. Ok Thank for Making This Kind of video. ❤️😊
Thank you so so much for your help man, you have been the only one who said anything about the overclocking of the cpu, mine was overclocked and I didn’t knew about it, it was running at 94-98 degrees before and max 71 now. You’re a hero for sure! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank You So Much, my laptop was overclocking the CPU without me noticing, Disable overclocking actually helps me reduce my laptop temperature 10*C. Your video helped me a lot. you deserved my sub.
your a legend my friend thank you ❤
my cpu started heating after the bios update disabling turbo boost solved all my problems
OMG DUDE YOU CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LONG WAS I LOOKING FOR A VIDEO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO FIXED MY PROBLEM THANK YOU FROM MY HEARY❤️❤️❤️
Definitely works! My cpu used to get to 90 degrees, which meant I had to use the annoying turbo fans. Now it runs around 60 degrees with just the power plan change! 10/10, works!
This was so helpful, thank you so much!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Amayzing Video! Helped me solve my overheating shut downs.
thanks dude, I use an old laptop to play games and it always overheats even if I play old games and because I had no money I couldn't get a cooling pad or upgrade my laptop so thanks dude, now I can play games without hurting my CPU too much
Thanks dude the one with turbo disable rlly works
THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU JUST EARNED A SUB!
Thanks bro, I have no Overheating more by my CPU.
Great!
Thanks for uploading this video, after receiving my laptop from service my cpu used to get heated to 90 degrees when switched on now its the optimal temperature thank you for the help!!
Exactly same problem with my laptop bro, how did you solve. Which method worked. Please reply bro please please please
FINALLY
A good fix.
Thanks mate
bro thank you so much this saved my life finally pc is not overheating!
fr
Thank you so much brother , that turbo disable worked for me , also I did the bloatware removal , good info , subbed and liked your video . Keep going good work ❤️ , again thanks a mill
Just one query if you read this ,
My CPU is i7-12700KF 3.61Ghz
After disabling the turbo it's only going upto 2.75ghz , is there any way to use the remaining ghz and still won't get any heating issue like 100c heating
@@KyaYaarChintu That's basically what turbo does. Actually, your CPU base speed is 2.75 GHz. Then the turbo boost thing give more power (watts) to CPU which causes heating. It is just like you are forcing someone to eat though their stomatch is already full. Thus, we can't achive stable performance in 3.61 Ghz.
you're a hero thanks for everything I subscribed.
thanks dude my base cpu was 2.5 ghz it was running at 4.49 , couldnt figure out why games would overheat all the time after like half an hour , just played cyberpunk for 3 hours not a single issue, ty so much
what about the FPS did FPS change?
OMG THANK YOU!!!! My pc started running at 96C when i installed a new AIO cooler. I was confused because it only happened when i opened a game. other than that it was fine. I did all the steps on the video, and im able to run Fortnite with no problem or stutter. Thank you so much!!!
Hey man 2024, still this tutorial was the best, from 94 Degree and my pc was shutting down due to overheating CPU, then I watched your video, you're a freaki'n life saver! now my CPU Temp was stable on 45-55% Thank you so much my bro! Even though I was playing a heavy game and the web browser was opened and this youtube, it was freaki'n stable! Thank you so much! You deserve a 1M likes!
That wallpaper is so beautiful nice wallpaper and thx for help
these are also performance fixes. thank you it worth the time
you really helped me bro thank you
It worked for something like a week. But don't worry, it's good to see that poeple got this problem fixed.
Ok fine. Remember you need to repeat that throttlestop step for everytime you boot your PC (to avoid such hassle you can disable turbo from BIOS)
if you choose high performance in the control panel then it will overheat even more and if you are on a high end laptop and you are sure that your game lags because of overheating you should put it on balanced instead of high performance but if you are on a low end laptop you should set it to high performance
what about mid range laptops?
@@shadowsburrow same as low end laptops
@@MK1994__ okay thanks!
@@MK1994__ is i7 14700k 4060 mid???
@elithevance OHHH THANKS BRUH
Dang it actually worked, my cpu now runs at low 70’s C instead of 90 and now my game doesn’t lag like it used to
Bro you just saved my pc from overheating thanks
thank u my pc was running while charging at like 80 degress and 95 while i was gaming💀💀 but now its avg 55 degress thank u so mutch this was very helpfull😊😊
Ty so much . I tried to play god of war and my cpu went to 105*C on the settings screen even before playing the game and my pc shuts down. After following your vid it is now stable at 52*C❤❤❤
Does it effects FPS?
How about FPS ???
Nice video bro thank you so much
Thanks mate it's work
WHAT THE HECK DUDE WHEN U REACH THE GAME U PLAY MY PC STOP OVERHEAT U ARE A GODLY U SHOULD DESERVE SOME SUBCRIBERS!!!!!!!!!!11!!11!!1!
Bro you scammed me- Earlier, after playing games for 30 mins on my laptop, I could cook my food on it, now it freezes my meals. 😭😭
Mz cpu was always at 94° and gpu 86° when gaming high performance games. And even when doing nothing temps got up to 90°. Your vid helped a LOT. temps are now at much lower level when doing nothing
Never Mind. CPU are designed to work at high temperatures. You should keep turbo off and play the game. You will face only high temp but no auto shutdown.
Really working love you bro.
that was amzing thank u brother
Tech info thanks for helping me like fr I liked and subbed number 1 worked yay
you're amazing... thank you so much
You just earned a sub.
The 1st method helped me soo much... spent SO long trying to fix this issue for months, most games would make my pc crash, ever since doing the % processor power management, I've had ZERO issues with my pc crashing! Just curious though, in task manager processes, the apps I have open currently say GPU 0 - 3D under GPU engine what does this mean?
That's representing the process (any task) is using GPU engine
bro it worked thank you
working Thanks❤
Thank u sooo much bro!!!! The first worked as i have a cpu which is a LOT better than my gpu. Does this effect my Gpu and cpu ussage tho?
Bro, first sorry for delayed reply. It won't cause any effects on your CPU & GPU rather it increases it's life
Very nice video bro
Hello Brother, I saw your first tips and i do everything properly. Now my CPU speed
after watch your video,
intel (R) core (TM)i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz
Now speed 1.39GHz
I do not understand anything. I feel like my laptop is working slow. please kindly help me.. how is going
This is because of power plan configuration. CPU will consume a bit low power and generate low heat. If you want to make your CPU in full speed then make maximum and minimum processor state to 100%
Cuz your laptop is junk and was working to its max and now you lowered it when it was already bad

Hey tech info, ik this is a old vid, but what happns if u do all these steps, and also undervolt ur cpu. Does it cancel out, or does it mske it even better
It can decrease the heating. However you can face performance decrease after doing all
life saver !
bruv thank you sooooo much for part to disable the turbo boost
i kinda feel weird coz already change the thermal paste but why my cpu temp was always at 86 when im playing games, after turn off the turbo boost my cpu speed was 3.61 Ghz went down to based was 2.20Ghz and my cpu temp only at 60 when im playing games
Its better if you disable it from BIOS. As you have to disable every time when you boot your pc from throttlestop
@@tech-info oh ok will do
my cpu is cool but my fans are like jet engines
That's correlation.
my processor is 3.8GHz
after doing first 2 steps it went from 4.8GHz to 3.38GHz
the problem is... even lowering the speed to 3.38GHz my CPU is at 55% utilisation while i`m playing cyberpunk on ultra settings with some few programs and few chrome tabs opened
but the temp stays beteween 75 - 85 celsius while the GPU is at 65 celsius...
is my CPU done? should i get a new one? idk what to do tbh
Your CPU is ok. If its getting high temp you can upgrade cooling system. You can also go for under volting if you wish
@@tech-info if i play WoW - WOTLK classic CPU temp is 44 celsius at 15% utilisation
I have a question, when I run a game or program for example genshin, My CPU thermal throttles immediately and the temp goes to 75-99. How do I fix this?
There are instances where thermal throttle occurs even in low temps
This is quick aggression of the CPU. This can be due to turbo boost. Have you tried to disable it?
Really bro same thing happens to me while playing genshin
I can't describe how grateful I am to you
May both sides of your pillow be cold
hi i have performed all your ways for the overheating problem. I have only one problem with dead by daylight the other games work for me. after like 30 minutes of playing i start to lag having freeze and fps drop and this happens every 3-5 minutes i tried all possible ways i play in a laptop and i think its the overheating problem. Are you saying I should buy a thermal past?
It can be due to two events. First one is high RAM usage. You can verify it from task manager. When you start to feel the game's being laggy )prob after 30 mins), press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open the task manager and go to performance section. There you can see the RAM being consumed. If it's too high then it probably high RAM usage. The same goes for VRAM which is your GPU. Check the VRAM consumption too. The second one is ofc high CPU/GPU temperature. You can also verify this by using temperature recording softwares like MSI burner.
For Fix,
To fix RAM/VRAM usage you have two options.
1) Decrease current graphics settings to a bit less. (Step Down)
2) Upgrade
3) Use software like Mem Reduct (You need to use proper settings else it will not work)
To fix high temperature (thermal throttling),
1) At first check whether the thermal paste and fans are in fine conditions or not.
2) If you are ok with undervolt then do it.
Please can u send or write the code for debloating windows in windows power shell ?..it's not clear for me
Check description for code.
thanks got a question tho how much shld i use for the first method, i have a 5600x AMD
90-95
bro u saved me i can now play my game i was looking at this for days .is it harmful to keep this power plan? having it at 85? its should be fine right?
It's fine
you helped me tysm
Its work without fan? Bc my laptop always crashing without a fan i have a fan but its kinda broke and stoping sometimes and start to crash... Its can help me? Incase i go out and i cant grab the fan.. its can help me from overheating? Pls answer i wanna try this!
Actually, nothing can help you if your fan is not working. Also, don't try to run your laptop as it would harm your CPU
@@tech-info read my comment again i edited it anyway bc "with should"without "
@@tech-info oh okay tysm
i have to either have my pc at 100 degrees celsius, or get crap fps
Hey, sorry for the stupid question but why would we want the minimum processor state to be the same as the maximum?
It's simple. If you want some range then you can keep the states different. In this say, I have just used a single point.
Thanks bro
How did u keep ur cpu speed so consistent like my cpu keeps downclocking
You can try by disabling turbo and activating high performance powerplan
I play fortnite for 30 mins it's shutting down before it never happened but from last week is happening
You need to disable turbo boost. It's due to overheating caused by it. (Sorry for delayed reply)
I don’t have the option to chose high performance. It only says balanced.
You can use balanced too.
hi, tnx for the video, i had the same issue last night while gaming my pc suddenly shut down, i don't know if it's my psu or overheating, when i checked my cpu and gpu temp with msi afterburner cpu was between 65-79 , gpu 50-65, idk if thats normal, my specs are (cpu: core i7 11700k , 16g ram (2x 8g) , 2g ssd (2x 1g) , gpu rtx rog strix 3060ti , psu 750w asus rog strix, motherboard prime z-590 a)
throw into the bin...problem solve
What game are u playing
worked instantly!!!! thank you so so muchಥ‿ಥ
My pc just randomly reaches 80 DEGREES AT MY DESKTOP and i dont even open an app
Have you tired the procedures?
But if you decrease performance you will not be able to play games.
Depends on hardware and at first we need to try :)
Don't do that😭just use 99% that'd turn off turbo boost and it'll alone decreases 15 to 30% heat
Yeah. We can do this too. Also disabling turbo boost from BIOS is much more better option
Thank you for the Tips. However, my pc lags when I am playing a game after 2-3 mins... Pc operation speed is really good when not gaming. And the temp sits at 50 when not gaming but goes upto 85-90 during a game. I have set the max power to 90%. But it didn't fix the issue..... I was already 80 hours into the gameplay on rdr2. Then it suddenly started lagging and overheating 2 weeks back. It didn't lag before😢 could it be an issue with the hard disc. My pc is almost 5 years old..
You should try disabling turbo from BIOS.
bruhh wallpaper wow
Bro dont download this app...
for fixing it just apply thermal paste...
i was also facing this problem while playing valorant after thermel paste i got 40degree celcius...
Yes, reapplying thermal paste is also a major part.
does this affect fps? I did everything and my temps dropped but im only getting 40 or less fps now. even on low settings
First method might decrease some FPS.
Doing the processor trick decreases fps I tried it it's not a good idea if you don't have a good CPU and the game you are playing is high specs
Or you might have turned on whispermode in GeForce experience, turn it off since it locks fps to 40
Can anyone help me please..... My cpu is is clocked at 3.2 ghz on 100% when I put it on 99% it decreases at 1.54ghz... it can't get any higher than 1.6 ghz.... I've tried multiple options such as 85%, 90%, 95%. Nothing seems to work for me...
At 99%, turboboost is automatically turned off
Bro in processor step i used minimum value to 95 and maximum to 95 for laptop is it safe and will it also decrease laptop performance
Slightly it can but it's fine
@@tech-info will my processor get damaged if i have set value to 95 for both
@@deepanshuchawa3557 No. We can make both maximum and minimum state same
For some reason my CPU overheats when I play games like AC Valhalla and Cyberpunk. My system is pretty clean and I have reapplied thermal paste just a few days ago and still getting temps that go up to almost 100. Those are the two games I've been having issues so far. It doesn't do this to all my other games.
PC Setup:
GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio

RAM: 32GB 3600mhz
AIO: MSI MAG Coreliquid 360R
Mobo: MSI MEG Z490 ACE
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W
They are CPU intensive games. You can try undervolting your processor.
I did the second and third methord and now i cant open my 3d files like .fbx files can you you please tell me if you have any idea what to do. Thanks alot it did stoped overheating.
You can download fbx file viewer
that God damn screen is blurry every time you say follow you can't
Its not blurry. You can decrease/increase video resolution.
while playing valorant after like 10min my laptops restarts is this because of over heating do ihave to do adjust my ingame graphic configuration ?
That's because of the turbo boost which causes extra heating. Turn it off.
@@tech-info thanks mate will try that out
So like, when i did this the fonts of my PC just became more thinner, how do i fix that?
from settings there is option to change it
