I have made this wonderful recipe several times already and my family loved it each time. But now I would like to make it for a dinner party that we will be hosting next weekend, and I think we will need at least 3 fish - can this be done in the oven, using aluminum foil? If yes, do I need to make any adjustments to the recipe to add more moisture? Best regards and hope to hear from you soon :) (the dinner is on January 17)

+CVArts Steaming wasn't invented as a healthier alternative, it's just another method of cooking. If we're talking dim sum or bao zi, there's not much other methods other than steaming. There's nothing ironic about using oil.
