I have been using it on my feet for well over 20 years, after I shower I slather it on my feet liberally and put my socks on and sleep in my socks. I basically wear my socks 24 hours a day and my feet look and feel soft like a young person’s with no dryness or cracks on them, It works.

Thyme oil, just a couple drops on the bottoms of your feet before bed keeps your lungs clear of pneumonia if you have a chest cold. Actually if you have a cough and suspect chest congestion, use it. Smells really soothing also, and its not made from petroleum!
