  • Sabrina gets real about dating fatigue and common misconceptions during and after dating. Does it ever end after you get into a relationship? She breaks down the sources of exhaustion and how to counter it by focusing on what you can control about the dating experience. You can create a life around your dating experience and still feel the highs and lows of dating. It is essential to validate those emotions before re-evaluating the exhaustion. Your expectations of the dating experience need to change and include being practical about the pace of getting to know someone. Sabrina lays out what it means to go slow while dating and how it can help you make the most of the dating experience.

Really appreciate your compassionate real talk Sabrina 👏🏼 really grateful for your perspectives. It’s been helping me so much during this time 🙏🏼 love the detachment and open mindedness to pursue what your heart desires without creating any negative meaning or shame around it!

Thank you, Sabrina. This is my first episode and I'm really grateful this came across my feed. Unfortunately, I lost my husband 8 months ago. He was my first everything so the only dating experience I have is with him. As such, at less than a month shy of 40, I'm really a newb when it comes to dating 😫 I'm not ready for anything serious right now, but at some point not too long from now I would like to put myself out there and have fun while getting some experience under my belt (no pun intended 😅). What's becoming clear to me though is how much I really need to think about what it is that I want. I've articulated it, but it still feels nebulous at the same time because it's not fitting into the neat and tidy box of "Serious Relationship™️"
