Diana participated in this show last year, she went on for 9 episodes out of the total 12.
You recognized her voice because you jumped straight to Episode 8 as it says on the title of the video, if you listen to her performances from the beginning you will be very surprised by how capable she is at changing and morphing her own voice, she mimicked different singer's voices every time in order to not be recognized with great success, only from the 6th episode onward can be recognized because she was instructed from the production of the show to stop hiding and start singing with her full extremely powerful and recognizable voice.
If you do not want to see her every performance on the show then i advise you to at least check out her last 4 masterpieces there that she sang without hiding who she is (you already saw "Sweet dreams") and the two extra rounds where she was invited as a guest star for two duets.
You will find them all translated in a playlist on the same channel.

Yes 🙌🏽 her vocals are Incredible in this Performance. She displayed her vocal range but her Classic Aria Opera shocked me. I never get use to how Stunning her Vocals 👸🏻🎼💫🎶🤍. She’s my favorite Solo Female Singer and I’ve heard many in my lifetime. I love certain monotone singers but a five octave vocal is Unique and Outstanding. She was voted off right after her “Fly on the Wings of Wind” (Prince Igor). This was a dream of hers though to participate in this competition. Thank you so much for watching these performances as KWSTAS provided them in this format to prevent copyright violations. Excellent Choice. 🤍🤍🤍

Diana had disguised her voice very successfully in the first few episodes, but even by this point for various reasons she had stopped doing so.
She had a lot of fun disguising her voice. In episode #1, she employed such a weird and ridiculously uncharacteristic voice when performing Lady Gaga's "Bloody Mary" that no one - literally _no one_ - recognised her.
It remains difficult to believe that it is her.
But in part to prove that it was, I guess, after the Masked Singer had finished
she included the song in at least one of her own gigs, using the same weird voice, and posted the video on YT.

👉 Mask Singer 2023 in Moscow - Diana as a graceful, Japanese-looking ermine in the Mask Singer Show 2023 in Moscow. Actually, you recognize Diana's voice as soon as you hear it... Actually... but everything is different here. You hear Diana like you've never heard her before... and you really ask yourself: Is that Diana? Yes, everything is Diana, live and without electronical voice distortion!!! I never thought that Diana could hide her unique timbre so well that she has so many other voice colors. I'm excited.
Diana was able to hide her voice for five episodes, then it became clear who was hiding under the ermine mask, and in the 9th episode Diana had to give up.
Diana gave us 9 beautiful songs. Her magical, expressive voice gives the songs her impressive Diana style and of course, as always, she gives us goosebumps. I still have to get used to the new Diana with the bell-like voice... sooooo beautiful, fantastic, brilliant, grandiose, gorgeous, wonderful!!
At this point I must say a few words about the great work of Diana's singing teachers: Prof. Olga Donskoy brought Diana through the broken voice with flying colors, restored the lost high notes and prepared Diana for the entrance exam at the legendary Russian State Institute of Theater and variety arts (Juilliard similar to GITIS). Unfortunately Prof. Olga Donskoy passed away in October 2020 (pandemic).
Russian fans helped Diana find a new voice coach: Alexandra Pismennaya (Sasha, not the Sasha Kvashenaya from the session channel). She was a student of Prof. Donskoy and also has a deep voice. This teacher of Diana's has been doing wonders for the past two years. Not only are the two friends, Sasha has also made a quantum leap in Diana's vocal development, taking her to a new, even higher level. Diana's vocal range has expanded by nearly an octave, Sasha has also enabled Diana to explore new vocal colors (timbres) to expand her repertoire with endless song pieces and genres too...whether they are mysterious and primal like Mother Nature or delicate and wants to sound clear like a little bell, then it will sound like one. You will hear it and enjoy it and most importantly you will feel it deep inside you... I'm sooo excited!!!
Maybe I'm wrong, but I have the feeling that Sasha and Diana studied Dimash very intensively, analyzed it and realized that Diana too can take her skills and diversity to an even higher level ... what a prospect, I'm happy on the journey. Thanks Sasha!

Hello. I am a happy person. I have seen Diana more than once. No, I don’t know her personally, but I love her very much and always try to approach her. I can tell you that this complete absence of snobbery is happily combined with excellent manners. A difficult childhood is not reflected in her character. Diana is very friendly. She is perfectly built and coordinated. She has competent speech. A stunning smile and of course those eyes of hers... It takes physical effort to take your eyes off her... She speaks in a beautiful girlish voice. Nothing doesn't indicate her contralto. But when she starts singing...
