The knock it outta the park again. This ine has mainstrean radio hit all over it. Funky enoungh to appeal to the less rock-centric crowd, and hooky enough to make you perk up and pay attention. The new album is gonna hit like a ten ton asteroid.

This Band made me excited for Rock music again. I discovered them about 3 years ago, and they've become my favorite Band. They are special in so many ways. I hadn't listened to much Rock in years until I heard them on a reaction video. They never disappoint. My two favorites so far on the Album are still "Hell you call a dream" and "Automatic Sun" but there isn't a bad song so far on this Album. Can't wait to hear the other six songs from the new Album. ❤❤❤

When most K-pop groups sing love songs pretending to be pretty and cute, Dreamcatcher always taught people lessons with a strong thematic message. In this day and age, no group would top the list singing about the climate crisis and environmental protection like Dreamcatcher!!!

"Forlorn Hope" has a special meaning in English. When a British/English army was assaulting a newly made breech in a fortification, they would send in the "Forlorn Hope". These assault groups were usually made up of either very keen volunteers or soldiers who had committed serious offences. The offenders would be offered pardons if they took part and survived. These assault groups would be lead by officers who either had been disgraced and were looking to redeem themselves or by very ambitious officers looking to climb the ranks via a glorious success. The casualty rates for the the Forlorn Hope missions were very high, but the rewards for success were also high. To survive was to win the combat lottery. After Forever is recasting the "Forlorn Hope" in the terms of a modern day jihadist. "Sancta Terra" by Epica is treading the same ground.

As you see Rush doesn't write songs, they tell stories. I believe Neal peart (rip) wrote the lyrics. He was deep and mythological. You can see all three of Siyeon's tattoos somewhere in this video, just another way Dreamcatcher is changing kpop as we knew it. (Idols generally have to cover tattoos, which are still controversial in their public culture, when they go on TV etc.)

4:12 That is Handong who was missing in 2020 stuff, she's here in everything else for the rest of their 7 1/2 years. I love that this song isn't just saying polluting is bad as if someone out there didn't know, they say YOU have to change YOUR habits now, that's what is causing it. We have to actively fight for this. Their most recent song OOTD goes right after the vanity and fakeness of social media influencers on an album called Villains, not even caring how attacked listeners might feel if they're into that, just saying what they need to say. Dreamcatcher had been working over 5 years, step by step, going from busking on the street to busking in the mall during Scream etc., and after being nominated over a dozen times, coming in 2nd half of those, finally won a Korean music show with Maison; and honestly didn't know what to do because they all stopped believing it might ever happen. The behind-the-scenes video of that day is the most wholesome thing. Oh and in some parts of the world it was April 20, Earth Day. During their Europe tour promoting Maison they had to fly from Germany to Spain but weather canceled the commercial flight and they got worried about missing the Spain festival. The festival people sent a private jet... so Dreamcatcher could sing their song about stopping pollution. 😮 But the hour long Dreamcatcher set at Primavera festival is online and fantastic.

After five years of struggle and disappointment, Dreamcatcher finally achieved their dream when this song won them their first music show award. That was an incredibly emotional moment for them and all InSomnias. They had been largely ignored in South Korea because of their rock based sound, but they never gave up or changed their concept. They just kept telling their stories and international fans listened and lifted them up to the top. Dreamcatcher got me hooked the moment I saw Chase Me, their debut song and first chapter in a 7 song sequence telling a nightmarish story. I look forward to every comeback and wonder what kind of tale they will spin this time. They are unique in Kpop and have had many obstacles to overcome because of that. They are in a good place now and it's obvious when you see them these days that they are happy and fulfilled. That's all I ever wanted for them.

These early days of After Forever are for me the best. It might have been my subjective ideas but after Mark left they missed a composer. Not saying that I did not love them after that happened, they were a fantastic band until they stopped. It was a great time to explore great metal bands with great female voices.(Nightwish, After forever, Epica, Within temptation and The gathering). Depends on the mood what I like best.

I think Shooting Star is the best song to start from for their songs, they always have interesting and beautiful music videos. TGIF is more intrigued and i know you will love that music video!

He definitely has an awesome style and an awesome sound. No doubt there’s some reggae influence. Maybe that’s why he covered a Ren song, sounds like they have some common views on government and capitalism. I did not know that there was a part two either. Thank you for introducing it. So now we’re up to eight moods? reminds me of my ex-wife! By the way, what did you say look that up? Can you spell that? What language are you speaking? I was like how am I supposed to look that up? What the hell did he say even after I listen to it twice! 😅 but this song reminds me a little bit of money game, actually quite a bit. No left and no right in the middle we sleep all these things are played on. Repeat those two lines in particular, but you know what they say. You know how to tell when a politician is lying, their lips are moving.

Id love to see a reaction to a Tim song he doesnt actually despise, Prejudice is his least favourite and it bothers him that this is his most popular song. You cant go wrong with literally any other Tim Minchin song though, whether its from his comedy his more serious recent work or his composititions for Matilda and Groundhog day. My recommendation for his vocal abilities would be Heaven On Their Minds.

Btw, since the concept is about saving/protecting earth they decided to use only greenscreen for this music video About the producers (Leez and Ollounder), Ateez and Dreamcatcher shared the same main producers until recently, as far as I know in 2022/2023 Leez left. He may or may not come back, but for the last 2 dreamcatcher music videos he hasn't been producing for them And about the missing member, it was only for Boca and Scream (and their respective songs in those albums). But the rest of the songs have all 7 members

Aes has talked about putting together a hip hop album for kids. This song would fit nicely on such a project. Similar in it's goofy, childiah subject matter is 'My Belly is a Table'. So much Aesop to listen too and only 1 lifetime to get it all in!
