How to install and run MyDrive® HIL simulation tool from Danfoss

With MyDrive® HIL, you get a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator that supplements the test lab and acceptance tests facilities. MyDrive® HIL is a powerful toolchain to de-risk your development process and save time and resources, during all stages of the product life cycle.
MyDrive® HIL supports VLT® drives as well as system modules and frequency converters in the iC7 series, in the entire product range from kW up to multi-MW drives.
A MyDrive® HIL setup includes one or more HIL-compatible Danfoss control units and the Typhoon HIL Simulator. Depending on the Danfoss product, the control unit includes a dedicated control board and a variety of functional extensions such as relays, digital and analog I/O, encoder/resolver feedback, line voltage measurement, and functional safety I/O. The package includes a selection of different example models for system modules and frequency converters, such as industrial frequency converter, grid-connected battery energy storage systems, and grid back-to-back inverters.
