I was fired and hired in the same hour. They created new policies because management and HR didn’t follow procedures. Once I returned to my “position” it was altered because I went to HR. HR came back to me after months of discussing my wrongful termination. Stating my old position was not a real position only to contract it out to someone else. Even in my new role they’ll try and discredit my solution even though the solution is resolving someone else’s mistake.
@@TechTualChatter You aren’t wrong, I will say it’s very challenging getting an employment lawyer! I’ve been told by other HR reps what I’m experiencing is illegal. Even working with the EEOC has its own challenges. Your channel is perfect for highlighting these types of roadblocks. Getting your dream job is cool keeping it Could be a completely different conversation. I went from a MDM specialist to a L2 tech lol the only thing that didn’t change was my pay!
