Yeah it's not really an excuse not to fly a drone over😂 secret stuff shouldn't be visible from the air, a bad actor wouldn't be right outside, you can fly a drone from miles away and anyone looking to steal proprietary tech wouldn't be worried about visual line of site. If someone was planning to steal their secrets using a drone they would just fly a burner drone from miles away

Don't do anything wrong, then you'll have nothing to hide! All confidential work should be carried out under cover and away from public gaze. That way they should be able to maintain compliance with the alleged NDA yadda yadda yadda.. . (That's the reason NA covers his face).

13:55 She thinks they have a right to ask anyone outside of their factory what they are doing with a camera? Would she do the same with someone walking past with an umbrella? Why pick on the camera? The reality is that the right exists with the person with the camera. The woman actually has fewer rights when she is working.
An example is at 22:22 when Steve takes a picture of NA. He does not have the right to take pictures when he is working. He is caught by the DPA (GDPR) so cannot take someone's picture until he has got informed consent.
But wait a minute.... this lying passive aggressive factory guy is the very definition of of a hypocrite!
It sounds like they need to do a full review of the vulnerabilities of their site to industrial espionage, if the current measures are so easily negated. I expect their NDA customers wouldn't be too happy to hear that they're currently apparently just relying on the goodwill of bad actors.
