    Giving you guys my take on the Radar Renegade AT5 tires after roughly 7,000 miles on my truck... tires are a 33x12.50 on a 22" wheel. I rate them a solid 5.5 out of 10. Probably wouldn't buy again, just because how poorly they perform in wet weather. On the other hand... they look great! Lol

    Thanks, John. I always go with BFG All Terrain K02s.
    I have a set of 33s in 12.5 still sitting from 8 months ago before going with 35x12.5x18 6 months ago.
    I'll never go for a budget tire, ever, but I appreciate the honest feedback you've given.
    Nice work and well done. :)

      Yeah, not too happy with them honestly. Happy I can help! If you’re looking for a decent cheap tire, I’m a big fan of Atturos!

    would it ride better in the rain if you were in 4wd?

      Sure it would however I’m not trying to drive highway speeds in 4wd very often

    40psi? Seems a bit high doesn’t it? Run a chalk test but you should be running about 36 psi for that truck

    • @JohnWargo93
      @JohnWargo93  Před rokem

      Ehhhh the truck calls for 70PSI from the factory on stock wheels/tires and what it reads on the door panel of the truck. She’s a 3/4 ton meant for towing.
      I used to run 40PSI on my 1/2 ton as well as it called for 60psi on the stock wheels/tires.
      A lot of cars/SUVs now call for 44psi on stock wheels/tires.
      I run less tire pressure than what the truck calls for to get a smoother ride. Low tire pressure light comes on at anything lower than 60psi 😆😆

    Thats odd you wont drive them in the snow, theyre rated beter then falken wildpeak at3/w tire in snow testing

      Expecting perfect balance from a 22x12" wheel and no ride noise on 5" of sidewall 10+ply AT is just plain asinine. No sh*t it's going to slide around rear wheel drive in the rain with a 75:25 diesel 3/4" ton unloaded...
