Dear I have vitiligo too. Just keep your diet natural. Less or No dairy, coconut water on a daily basis if possible if you are a vegetarian. Fish items. And A light given at sessions by my dermat worked(for small spots).

In most cases including mine - Vitligo comes back with more force if treated EARLIER with steroids. So please be careful in using steroids. Do not use steroids as per my understanding.
