Superficial fungal infection has several common symptoms. Shingles, itching, darkening and bumps are common. Fungus mainly spreads in four different ways
1) Human to human contact
2) Infected animal to human close contact
3) Object to humans Such as with towel, bedding, bed sheets, shoes, socks, comb, brushes, And soaps
4) Soil to human infection
Taking long term oral antibiotics And contraceptive pills are some drugs that worsen it. These conditions and medicines suppress antifungal medication which makes such infections persist. Everyone in India is tired and sick of this Injudicious use of topical and oral steroids also trigger this. This is why incorrect and unprescribed drugs are a big no Steroids are great medicines.
A lot of skin diseases can be cured with the help of them. But simple superficial fungal infections do not necessarily call for this yet, patients can go purchase steroids containing creams & pills from a shop conveniently without a prescription which is dangerous. And Imidazole creams, Like Miconazole Clotrimazole Ketoconazole Econazole and Allylamine creams Like Naftifine Terbinafine, Ciclopirox cream Tolnaftate cream and Haloprogin cream.
An oral antifungal agent is another line of treatment. Mainly, oral antifungal drugs are reserved for those patients who are unresponsive to topical antifungal creams.
The main oral antifungal drugs are Griseofulvin, Fluconazole, ketoconazole, Terbinafine, Itraconazole. Voriconazole is another new medicine which is only used in Indoor hospitalized admitted patients Or immunocompromised patients
But after the treatment, you have to maintain hygiene to prevent it from spreading and worsening again spread information about Moisture prevention, maceration, And personal hygiene maintaining cleanliness and dryness Is required also stay away from people with fungal infections such as colleagues, schoolmates, And even infected pets.
