How many of you think that drinking milk right after having a fish causes vitiligo or those patched on the skin? Do like the video and let's understand the science behind vitiligo.
Leucoderma or vitiligo is a skin disorder. Almost 2% percent population of India has this skin disorder. Some white patches start to appear on your skin if you have vitiligo.
Worldwide research is going on to dig for the exact reason behind this skin disease. But according to some theories, 2 common reasons are claimed to be responsible for it.
First: Autoimmune Disorder. You all must be aware of the fact that your immune system protects you from a lot of bacteria, viruses, and other diseases. But in some people, their immune system perceives the melanocytes cells which are responsible for the color of the skin, as the enemy and starts to attack them. Because of this, the melanocyte cells start to die, and because of their death, the skin doesn't receive enough melanin, and white patches start to appear.
Second: Genetic Factor. Many worldwide observations claim that if parents have vitiligo disorder, their kids are also vulnerable to it.

Kyunki mujhe chest par hua tha. Fir uske baad mene homeopathy se treatment shuru kraya or mujhe un medicine par itna confidence tha ki mene vitiligo ke baare me sochna band kr diya. And guess what, 3 month bad iam almost cured . Ab mujhe ni pta ki mujhe vitiligo hai bhi ya nhi. Bss mene itna sikha ki kabhi bhi kisi cheez ke baare me jyada nhi socho. Last month mere me ek nya fear develop ho gya which is alopecia areata. Again mujhe iske sapne aaye. Or last week mujhe pta lga ye sach me ho gya hai. Lekin iss baar mujhe itna dar nhi hai kyunki mai janta hu kisi bhi bimari ka ilaz hmaare subconscious mind me hai. Agar apne mind ko mna liya ki ye theek ho jayega to vo hokar rhega. Or ye koi story nahi hai , mera personal experience hai .

For example
salt and salty products with milk ,
heating of honey
, heating of curd,
Intake of curd at night,
ghee with honey,
reheating of oil,
Intake of sour substance with milk,
Taking food which does not have any useful qualities. Eg : bakery items or junk food,
and combinations of milk with fruits,fish,
combination of honey and hot water, fish and honey,
curd and chicken ,
Fish should not be taken along with any of the following :
Honey
Jaggery
Sesame seed
Milk
Black gram
Do not drink hot water after having curd, honey and alcohol.
Banana should not be mixed with buttermilk, curd, and milk,
Holy basil with milk
Spinach with sesame seeds
Raddish along black gram
Curds along with palm dates
Cheesy food with cold drinks
