See how a wedding gig comes together, falls apart, and comes back together again! Well, not that bad. But wedding gigs are a unique beast.
We’ve all been to one in some form. And as an attendee or Groomsman or anything else, music is an expectation. However, getting the music to the venue can be quite another thing altogether.
I thought it might be fun to share my experience of a recent wedding gig - from what I was anticipating to do, and what actually happened. It should be cut and dried right? Wrong! Find out why I have a love/hate relationship with this type of gig, how these gigs typically form, and the many headaches that come from the best-of-intentions last second requests (or miscommunication).
