Initial DIY mods, Thank you ! The adjustable clutch rod is a must for our cars haha. A lot of ppl under estimate this platform but I’m on a stock BK2 block with a garret 3076/Haltech for 10k miles now and the motor is still running strong with perfect compression in all cylinders. And just Looking what you have done to your v6 is amazing as well, if it had any other badge but a Korean one it would be loved more 💔💔 it’s a great chassis that just needs a little bit of aftermarket lovin.
So true, but then again, that's what makes the victories that much sweeter. People definitely underestimate these cars. I am still on factory injectors and fuel pumps making 500+ whp which is just crazy from a car that made 270 whp stock. I wish they didn't split up the brand but the stinger is still kinda cool. I want to see that 3.3TT AWD in a GenCoupe LOL

Thank you. I’ve been through 4 videos and I can’t find anyone that will show how to remove the rubber bushing the slave line goes through the transmission. I don’t want to wreck mine obviously so I’m not sure if I need to force it through the back towards the rear of the car or pry it out towards the front? Any demonstrations on that one part would be fantastic - thank you! I definitely learned everything else up to that one point.

I'm not sure if you still have the genny. But did you ever get a custom tune with SFR? Also SFR vs Alphaspeed, who would be best to get tuned?

Replace the rear main seal since you'll be right next to it after the clutch is out. Part Number: 21443-2A200

Have you dyno the car? How much hp and tq is putting at the wheels?
Hows the car still holding up? Did you change the clutch because it was slipping because of the power or you just wanted an upgrade?
What threadlocker do you use? Is blue good enough?

Just a question. I have a 2015 gen coupe. Has about 67k miles on it now. Bought it brand new. How long should your stock clutch last? I baby the hell out of my car too. Don’t ride the clutch , not in at lights , and all the other stuff that ruins clutches. Lmk
Your clutch depends on your driving habits.I have a 2013 2.0 120K and its still going strong.

What were the torque specs for pressure plate
Service manual says: Clutch disc cover assembly 25~36 NM.
Are the arp flywheel bolts necessary?
Cameron M No the ARP Bolts are not Necessary but If you don’t go with ARP you must use NEW OEM Flywheel bolts
is it a single mass or dual mass clutch?
Nicki Krysik the stock bk2 clutch is a DMF (dual mass flywheel) but the ACT in the video is a SMF (single mass flywheel). More noise from the SMF but the performance benefit is deff worth it IMO.
Anybody else’s stock flywheel rattle? I know it’s cus I’m trash a driving stick but it still hurts to hear it😰
