Hi everyone, thank you so much for meeting me on the mat! This morning yoga class is 20 minutes long and suitable for all experience levels. It's a wonderful stretch that will help you increase flexibility and feel better in your body as you begin your day. I'll give you some options along the way to make the poses either more beginner-friendly or slightly more advanced.
Morning yoga is a wonderful way to put yourself first and start your day with intention and mindfulness. No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let's get started!
I'll take you through poses like gate pose, warrior 3, low lunge, humble warrior and pigeon pose.

Thank you so much Dearest Kassandra, thank you for allowing me the honor to practice with you again. I am grateful that, despite having advanced stage liver disease, I was able to complete this practice. I Still, however , am struggling to find my balance and hold it and I, also , don't have the strength for chataranga. Since my muscles have atrophied I haven't been able to do all the poses I used to be able to. It's really frustrating but I keep trying. My word for today is acceptance as I'm struggling to find the ability to accept myself. Thank you again Mizz Kassandra and thanks to all your sweet kitties and pup, I couldn't do without you all . I have never commented on a CZcams video in my life but I really want to say thank you to you, Kassandra. I found your channel in January and I have been doing yoga with you almost daily this year. I have been suffering with all sorts of aches and pains, in body and mind, and of course I'm not fully fixed, but I feel so much better! I have done yoga on and off in my life, but hadn't done it for years and have never loved it as much as I do now. You are so so good! Your flows and sequences are so well planned and put together, so beautifully and clearly explained and just perfect for making me feel better especially in the mornings. Love your practices and intention setting. I am 77 years young, do yin every morning with you and sometimes other practices. I’ve been doing yoga since my twenties and have had to learn to adapt to aging and rheumatoid arthritis disease. Setting intentions first thing each morning helps me emotionally. Have had to adapt downward facing dog due to wrist weakness from RA. Love you and your practices. Found you last year and have spread the word to friends. ❤

I have been following this page for a while and doing the practices that interest me at the time, no structure other than doing one every other day and I always enjoy it when I do. Your voice lends itself to the practice so well, so soothing and calming and clear in your instruction. I'm getting active again with yoga! This plus a structured diet have helped me take off a few pounds in the last year or so. And for a sedentary college student like me, that's huge!
Even with hyperhidrosis I have managed to get through by the power of cotton socks and cotton gloves to help absorb the sweat in my hands and feet and keep from slipping. Honestly been jealous of people who can do it barefooted and barehanded, but I found a way and I am very proud of myself for it.
I was wondering, for all the ladies in here including myself, if it would be possible to put together a practice for that time of the month, to help soothe menstrual cramps and the back and abdominal pain that comes with it?
