When I saw this I thought Practika LB. My first SLR was a Practika MTL5 which is a later derivative of this model. Used mine for Astro as well as normal as well. Those silver metal retainers for the film spool made loading a new reel of film much easier that other SLR’s of the time. Shutter sync speed is up to 30th of a second, any faster then the second shutter curtain would start moving before the first one reached its fully open position. When the flash goes off if you’re using one the flash lasts a tiny fraction of a second although to our eyes it seems a bit longer. You need the whole of that frame of the film unobstructed by the shutters to get the subject illuminated by the flash. Use a speed any faster than the sync speed of those cameras and you’ll get a dark under exposed area across part of the photograph. Brought back memories seeing this
