I miss Mr. Miyagi. He would have been great in Cobra Kai show. But this scene is still amazing to watch. The fact Miyagi beat these guys and didn't get hit is amazing. Imagine how strong he was in his prime.
Miyagi went through WW2 and three films without one hand on him. He IS a badass!!
Well Chozen is here in Cobra Kai series
He would have been in his 90s if he was still alive that’s wild
@@LetsPlayArcanium before Daniel and Mr Miyagi departs back to their home, Chozen who feels great shame, attempts to commit suicide. However, his uncle Sato saves him and gives him a chance to become a better person. Chozen accepts and begins to change his ways. Prior to Sato's death, Chozen learns the pressure points technique, which gives the ability to numb your opponent's limbs, and Sato himself gives him all of Miyagi's artifacts. He becomes the sensei of Miyagi-Do Karate at some point, possibly after Sato's death and the closure of Sato's dojo. He train even more harder than others Sensei’s
@@javieraldape4242Miyagi got hit once with a stick or something to his back while helping someone get up on their trip to Japan

You know my dad always thought that Mike Barnes could've grown up to own a furniture store. He could never explain why he thought that though.
Maybe he could predict the future.
3:07 - "Party time" = "Let's both get beat up by this old man."
Got his lights turned off and turned off the lights.
Getting beaten up by a old man isn’t my idea of party time 😂

Daniel looked like such a chump in this movie. Not only does he get beaten up the entire film, but in the tournament at the end, he gets a bye all the way to the finals, and still gets destroyed by Barnes, who had to fight a lot of opponents to get there. I’m honestly surprised that Ralph Macchio went along with the script.
I know this is one of the worst karate kids in the franchise. I don’t understand why they made Daniel into such a wimp when he pretty much destroyed chosen in part two. It made absolutely no sense! I look back at this movie now, and I shake my head because it’s very cringe worthy especially the parts where Danielle gets beaten up.
Totally agree with you. I would have expected him to be a very mentally grounded specimen as well as a skilled martial artist at this point. But the writers just……made him such an absolute pansy in this one. He had my respect in 1 and it grew in 2, because he carried himself fairly well. The respect regressed quite a bit in 3.
@Biohackthefat just my theory but I think the plots were switched this should've been part 2 and part 2 should've been Part 3
@@crashpal I agree! He should’ve fought Barnes for part two and then grew from that experience, and then him and Miyagi should’ve gone to Okinawa and fight chosen, which is obviously a fight to the death. I’m not sure if the script was thought out for parts two and three correctly
@@BiohackthefatI agree with you. He beat Chozen when his life was literally on the line. Yet, in this movie, he’s scared of Barnes in a tournament.
"-You won't be even a memory!
-Yes he will!!!!!You won't!!!!"
WHAT A MEMORY MR MIYAGI STILL IS.
“Do the crane, Danny-boy!”
He will Silver.
You know, the way the three of them mock him, hit him, and gang up on him, they remind me of junior high and high school bullies joining up to pick on the kid who’s kind of an outcast.
Boy did those words come back to bite him in the ass.
Silver gets the Crane technique at the end of Cobra Kai season 5.
@@hawkeyepierce7035 But Terry did apologize.
3:10 Mike actually got put to sleep 😂😂😂😂
LoL when Silver says "Nothing's for free" it would've been hilarious if he pulled out an invoice and gave it to Danny.
He gets some serious air through that door
The actor got hurt pretty bad during the filming of that entry scene

Pat Morita was such a great actor. To play the butt of jokes on TV Happy Days to a karate bad ass in Karate Kid. Not a lot of actors would have been able to pull that off.
Don't forget he was the butt of Fred Sanford's jokes too as "Ah Chew".
He was more of a comedian but pulled off Mr. Miyagi as a great actor .
Mr. Miyagi mocking Silver at 4:22 will never stop being funny 😆
“WOOAAAHHH!!! WOOAAAHHH!!” 😂
You can even see the actor of Terry Silver trying to hold his laugh, he almost broke character 😂

That "hooaaahh, whhooaa" Miyagi did to sliver after dusting the whole room with his ass is fucking priceless 👌 🤣
Bruh, Daniel should've been an experienced martial artist by this film. In the 2nd film he wasnt prepped to fight Chozen and he still beat him.
And chozen won in the rematch cobra Kai season 3
@@yosifalhasil6044 I don't watch that show. I don't even care.
@MrLobo1024 OK you missed out a lot

I agree man. They made Daniel trash in this film. Even heard Ralph Macchio almost didn’t return for the role cause he hated the script,he still does to this day.
It makes me laugh that Mike Barnes was waiting in the corner for his queue. 😂😂
He is a paid employee
I know. What a coincidence he happened to be there when Daniel showed up.
Mr Miyagi was the best. I love the way he finished off silver.
“You can just stand there and let him kick your ass 😂😂😂😂”
That was a good one
Creese’s laugh at that always gets me, watch it 😂
When it came to the actual Karate Kid-3 tournament match (Daniel vs. the Bad Boy),, I really loved how the Bad Boy REALLY got his kicks in,, during earlier rounds,,,, getting the most enjoyment of all. He would do a KICK on Daniel,, scoring a major point,, then he would hurt Daniel with an illegal,,, point disqualifying kick (to bring score back to even),, so the match would continue on,, That way,, Mr. Bad Boy would keep the "tormenting on Daniel" continueing on and on,, for most of the match. Of course the match did NOT end that way,,, it ended with Daniel (somehow) being declared the WINNER ,, (how that happened,, I forget). Yes,, "ON PAPER" Daniel may have won the tournament match,, but physically (and in the down and dirty trenches) he got the crap beat out of him by Mr. Bad Boy.
And that's exactly what Daniel did.
For a karate student Daniel really needs to learn how to fight 😂
And build muscle

Yeah you could have called it the karate punching bag and it would’ve been more accurate
Wasn't he voted the most unlikeable movie hero of the 80's? 🤔
His fighting wasn't even convincing. He should have learned some form of martial arts off screen so he would have been more believable as a fighter. He was the worst fighter in all the Karate Kid movies combined and also in Cobra Kai apart from his son and possibly a few of the kids.
Miyagi defeated top Cobra Kai student Barnes and Kreese and Silver, both of which are war veterans and top Cobra Kai senseis.
And he didn't even try do hard.
Miyagi was so OP
I'm really impressed with the fact that they made it look like pat Morita was doing the fight scenes when it was really master fumio demura. Both were the exact same height
Terry: You won't even be a memory!!
Daniel: Yes he will! You won't!
Perfect comeback! 😂
That's what I thought.
His wit was worse than his Karate.
@@russkate88 Big oof.
It's corny, but the line felt real world. It's what a kid or young guy would say in a stressful situation. Most people can't think of a witty cool comeback off the fly. Most people say something kinda lame like that. But at least Daniel said something, I mean it was better than saying nothing.
I think Kreese and Silvers laughs were the actors genuine reaction to how bad that line was

Notice how mr miyagi never did loose his pen that was in his shirt pocket? Now that is called well balance 😁
As always, Danny boy getting saved by Miyagi
For now
Daniel: "Now, will you train me?"
Miyagi: "Ay... now Miyagi train you..."
fast forward a week, and Daniel is in a fetal position (crying on the All Valley mat)... lol
Hahahahaha. Lmfao
I never get tired of watching this scene! Evil properly being put in it's place!
I always love doing kata
underrated comment , it aint all about the beatings !!
Watching this as a teen, they way they laughed at the end, was their way of complete embarrassment and humiliation, which they tried to cover up by laughing but absolutely failed.
Silver: you are gonna defend, you're getting in that ring.
Daniel: oh Excuse me Mr. Silver you can't make me do something i don't want to do.
I’ve watched this scene a million times and still never gets old. Wish movies were still this good
Someone who acknowledges this as a good movie. RESPECT!! 👊
yeah, some people get overly nostalgic over the 80s putting s super positive spin on the era, but the bullies of that time were seriously off the rails with their thinking - both men & women.
Silver was coked out of his brain. He got owned, totally thrashed. Even mocked at the end, yet he turned into a hyena at the end.
Do we think there were any chances Silver could've put up a better fight if he wasn't high? 😂
One of the favourite movies... and now Cobra Kai. RIP Pett Morita, wonderful actor as Mr.Miyagi😢
Bummer to see both Mike Barnes and John Kreese were backstabbed by Terry Silver
“I’m what he’s talking about, shithead” love that line.
That was a really nice memory
Big bad tough guy John Kreese hiding in the hallway to jump out and make faces at a scared kid. Hilarious.
This town should really look into getting some type of law enforcement.
Lol
They have Mr Miyagi
35 years later in Cobra Kai it's still true.
I have to admit, after despising part 3 as its the worst one of the trilogy, the Mike Barnes character has grown on me. Great story hearing about how he was casted too.
Hopefully has a bigger role in the upcoming season of Cobra Kai.
Yeah, Barnes was a true psycho and racist (remember his rant when Daniel was on the mat too scared to get up)? Mike enjoyed being a complete asshole.
Myagi may have beaten John Kreese here; however, it took some of the most advanced moves I've ever seen to do so.
Wouldn’t you think by the 3rd installment he’d be able to kick ass?!?
Buddha head!
Or at least put up a decent fight.
Miyagi stays consistent, always. “Look EYE! Always look eye!!”😎
The Daniel from part 2 would’ve put up a much better fight against Barnes. He was so wimpy in this film.
Silver damaged Daniel mind
yeah, that's really the only explanation.
SIlver had him so screwed up mentally, he completely lost his way...
Miyagi tried to help him reset, but the damage had already been done.
Warrr!!!Warrr 😅
IF movie characters were real in real life, ( not superheroes ) Mr. Miyagi has my #1 vote as the strongest & toughest one. Big or small, tall or short, weapon or not, Mr. Miyagi will bring you down. Yes, even bring Bruce Lee & Chuck Norris down even.
Master Kim Sun Yung is number 1!!!!
What a coincidence that the dojo happened to be opened so late at night when Daniel drops in and that Silver, Kreese and Barnes all just happen to be there. What are the odds of that happening.
Silver knew that Daniel would arrive sooner or later at his dojo so he had his buddies already present in case Daniel returns.
@@greekwarrior5373 Yeah, but how did they know when to hide where Daniel wouldn't see them as he'd arrive? If they were there for a long time, you'd think they'd eventually walk around on the main floor or hang out in the office at the front while getting bored.
@@Steveman27 Very simple: They've probably heard him coming and heard him talking so they took up their positions without Daniel noticing them.
Best scane of the franchise
I like how Thomas Ian almost broke character by turning his laughter into frustration
Hell I might even teach for free 😂
I know. That's so Generous of him to want to provide that service to the community.
What Kreese said to Silver at the beginning of the movie about telegraphing his kicks was true. You could see every one of Terry's attacks coming a mile away.
This was intense for 1989. After seeing the last 5 seasons of CK. This is like watching a nostalgic cartoon.
Miyagi was OP, after watching Cobra Kai, it's hard to imagine he could handle fighting both of them back to back like this while they were in their physical primes.
2:10 the look on Silver's face... lol
"You don't have to... you can just stand there, and let him kick your as$"
dude was definitely coked up....
I don’t see why Kreese tried to attack Miyagi alone when Silver was going to help him. I suppose he figured that there wasn’t any glass nearby to accidentally punch he thought he could take him (answering my own question I guess),
John Kreese as Riots
Terry Silver as Carnage
Mike Barnes as Venom
Daniel Larusso as Spider-Man

Damn the writers really did Daniel dirty in this movie he went from being willing to die in KK2 to never standing up for himself and thinking the line yes he will you won't is a great way of standing up for himself and his Sensei ya the writers definitely owe Daniel Larusso an apology for this one
So he never taught Daniel the miyagi toss because when he threw Mike, through the door. He was at least 6 ft high in the air😂😂😂
2:39 Miyagi to the rescue
Whhooaa Whhooaa Whhooaa 😂😂
Jesus/Silver: You wanna see some more?! Sam Shamoun/Kresse: I wanna see alot more!
Fun Fact:
William Zabka has stated that he almost returned as Johnny Lawrence for The Karate Kid Part III, but it didn't work out for various reasons and the writers created the original character Mike Barnes as a replacement.
like Spike Spiegel said in Cowboy Bebop, You're too tense, you gotta be like water
You mean Bruce Lee.
Miyagi: How many times to i have train this guy?
Producers: We hired an actor who doesn't age, so...
Very Steven Seagal fighting
If you took a Shaolin monk to fight karate masters it would probably look just like this.
Just like Bruce Lee vs. Chuck Norris
Silver was right about one thing. Mr. Miyagi was one big war hero🥋🎖
Jesus/Silver: 'Lets show Mr. Shamoun/Kresse how he's gonna get his business back!'
99 bottles of beer 🍺 on the wall
I'll never forget this scene every time I watch the end of Cobra Kai S5 and Daniel kicking that Creep's sorry ass all over the place. I still remembered that idiot Silver's stupid laugh mocking Daniel and his using the crane. And then I laughed myself when Daniel annihilated Silver by "craning" him right square on his sorry face.
Silver: "Use the crane Danny Boy!!"
Daniel: "Ok."
Crane really works, doesn't it?
Rabbi Tovia Singer says to Jesse Duplantis: Your getting in that ring!
Anybody know what fell out of kreese's pocket in 3:20-3:23? Ended up by his right elbow
Probably his wallet.
I am genuinely wondering if Miyagi could have won if instead of fighting them one at a time he had had to fight them at the EXACT SAME TIME like if they had surrounded him and worked together to take him down?
Probably not
3:22 it looks like martin kove dropped his cellphone on the mat while falling… but this was before cellphones were a thing. then it’s gone in the other shots. 🤔
Basically, these films were ridiculous.
Funny silver smiling, while his friend getting hurt
Well he's probably high on the cocaine that Kreese being hurt isn't really registering with him.
Ok amazing scene. But these are two grown if not middle aged men fighting a kid, then a old man. The Cobra Kai show does a good job of showing how ridiculous this is 😂
Willam Hall/Migayi: Koo wah! Kooo wah!!
Funny thing here is, Ralph is older than Silver. And he’s now older than Pat Morita was then.
2:11 😂
I don't get it. Daniel stated he would not defend the title and after Miyagi cleans house he now wants to? A perfect moment to walk away was right then.
He had a girl to impress😂
Originally he wanted Mr. Miyagi to train him, but Miyagi did not want to. At least that is what I remember happened.
Kk 123 are goated
"Whaooaaaaaaaa !!!" ..... "whooaa!!!!" !!!!. Hyenas never have their limbs locked and broken.
I can’t wait until the new episodes of cobra Kai get released. Apparently Terry Silver has become a protege gone astray, and John Kreese certainly has an axe to grind with him for framing him.
I rewatched the 3 movies and im rewatching cobra Kai to prepare for the new season on July 18th
Just as Miyagi defeats Silver, he hears commotion behind him, turns around and sees Kreese and Barnes beating up Daniel, who felt the need the come back inside. Miyagi dispatches them both and he and Daniel leave while listening to Silver's taunts, shaking his head at Daniel's response. Miyagi says "Daniel-san, this why Miyagi say stay in car. You listen to Miyagi, no get butt kicked. And Daniel-san, that worst comeback Miyagi ever hear in whole life. Next time, you just leave and no speak."
Rabbi Tovia Singer: I don't wanna fight!
Then Miyagi trained Daniel, and he didn't enter the tournament because it didn't matter. Cobra Kai soon went out of business because students and parents didn't like the brutality Cobra Kai taught.
Jesus/Silver: What's it gonna be rabbi Tovia boy!?
I nvr understood y if they hated Daniel and miyagi so much y didn’t creese and mr silver just simply beat the crap out of them both in the streets and nvr mind the regulated tournament!!
For a start, Miaygi is much more skilled than both of them, whether in the street or in the dojo, Miaygi would have easily beat them both, maybe even without trying too hard! Secondly, there are legal implications in the street, if they started attacking, the police could jail them, for aggravated assault, even if they did beat up Miaygi or Daniel, in the Dojo, it could be considered fighting Sensei vs Sensei/student, so getting hit and beaten, they would just say Daniel and Barnes were fighting before the tournament, Miaygi came in to defend Daniel, and the Sensei's had to defend him, less chance of a criminal charge, if one of them got beaten badly.
@@pauljohnson6019 omg!!! Ur the type of person that fk up a wet dream!!

I cannot believe Terry silver betrayed Daniel Larusso
Jesus/Silver: From the moment that you became a rabbi I've been making you do things Tovia that you didn't want to do. Rabbi Tovia Singer/Daniel: What are you talking about?
