It doesn’t outshine it’s competitors. In fact the 600 watt inverter actually only puts out about 200 watts. It can’t handle conductive loads and the voltage drops off. Pecron customer support sent me two units and they both do it. So for example you can’t use it to charge batteries or run a CPAP.
River 2 is only rated to 300W continuous and up to 600W for surge or the X boost.
I just got this a couple weeks ago with the Pecron 100 watt solar panel for 260 bucks. gonna use it to charge my music and saw when camping
