Bush-pot Chicken and Rice (super simple)

Quick and ridiculously easy way to get a decent hot meal with minimal cooking time or ingredients. Of course, nothing compares with scratch-made food, but when you're out on a long hike or bicycle touring, sometimes hearty flavors of a hot meal taste pretty amazing. I'm always looking for ways to get away from freeze-dried meals to save money and at the same time; I'm not interested in hauling out the kitchen with me. This one fits the bill nicely.
Costco chunked chicken breast is actually fairly decent tasting for what it is. And Uncle Ben's Bistro express rice options and really handy.
