Very nice truck. What size wheels and tires is it running and does it have some type of lift?

Man this is one sweet square body! What size tires are on there? And are you running a factory lift? Would love to see more on this truck including suspension and underneath. Cheers!

You can fit 33s and smaller tires without a lift. This truck looks pretty stock height.
This has to be a restoration, I have never come across a truck like this that was in original condition after the decades they have been out.
That 400. Doesn't make enough power for one to think it is really a bigger motor than the 350. More per cube.
I like the style of these trucks. I think areas of improvement would be frame strength, though only the half tons I have heard of with frames that brake with lifts and big wheels/tires. I am confident in the factory made number 20 GM trucks in that area.
After 2004 all full size half ton pickups had decent frames, which is why they have better crash test ratings than the older half tons.
I don't find a good reason for going with a half ton other than to have a LIGHTER truck. The strategy of taking away steel from the chassis is a sure way to shed weight, but that also has the drawback of less structural rigidity which allows more deformation and less safety in a collision with another hard object.

What are the official color codes of that truck? I have the exact same one and I cannot find the color for the "cream" color. I know it is Cordova Brown and the "other" color.
