Seattle Starbucks Reserve Roastery

If you're in Seattle, and a Starbucks fan, this is the place for you! Others can at least enjoy the impressive design of this eating place/café/roastery. It's a lot more interesting than the first ever Starbucks store at Pike Place.
Part tourist attraction, part restaurant and shop, the Starbucks Reserve is a great place to watch the process of roasting coffee all the way to packaging. Dan, a master coffee roaster who was there on my visit, is eager to explain the whole process, and share his passion for coffee with you.
While this location does a small volume compared to other Starbucks roasting plants, it still functions as a bonified plant that ships coffee to the US, Canada, and South America.
