Bhai bss nautanki hai andar waalo ko bhrne ke liye.... apprenticeship ka aadha rule liya hai or aadha rule baaki psu ka permanent wale bharti ka...dono ko mila kar Naya rule bana diya hai
Kabhi passing year se 4 saal tk liya jata hai kabhi 5 saal tk mere tym pe 6 saal tk allow Kiya ta...jinka londa jis year me passout hua hai ussi hisaab se criteria bana dete hai...

@Ankit-h6q uss yaar me jo log recruit hua tha wo log apprentice k time me bhasad kiya tha. To baat HO tk chala gaya tha. Isliye 50% log ko reject kr diya tha HO se. Abhi aisa koi problem nehi hai. Mere senior, junior sb hai idhar..
