If you don’t see the option to select it like shown in this video then your calculator does not have it
is there a way i can use my Casio fx-300MS scientific calculator for calculations on binary, hexadecimal, decimal, and in general computer math
Why would you do that? Just press two buttons and return to normal. In decimal mode try to see if it works for you
is there a way for prime factorisation, my other calculator has a shift 'fact' button

Can’t do it with any of the calculators. Only computer software can do it.

how do i simplify radicals? for example: √52 into 2√13 or √125 into 5√5
no all calcualtors can simplify. Yours can't simpify even if it is possible. it never shows back in square root anyways. Get Fx-991EX czcams.com/video/wOwCf3Kd8-4/video.html or FX-991ES plus which I have video of it.

How do algebra beacause when i try to do something like 5x +8=30 it trys to solve it instead of just leaving the equall sign

I don't know which country and which exam you are talking about but in USA, Canada, UK and Australia in Hight Schools and University/Colleges it is allowed. It can not save or store formula so I assume it is allwoed everywhere. But to be sure, ask yoiur school or your instructor.
