- In this video I will show you how to use the independent memory of your Casio fx-82MS scientific calculator. I will also show you how to assign values to a variable which can speed up the evaluation of functions.

for some reason an arrow doesn't appear when I try to store variables.. ive followed all instructions and even read the manual section on storing and can't figure out why it wont store. Anyone have any ideas?

I see no "ans" button on the calculator. Usually there is a button which always gives the result of the last calculation. Such a function is not present in this calculator?
