@@girishramchandani2054 Jeremy Kyle was cancelled this year because a person who was on the show committed suicide, for unrelated reasons from the show.

I'm guessing exactly the same as it was when he used Spencer.
What he was going for with Mustafa, is the implication he's building a nuclear device in secret.
Although now that i think about it, Milton may have been playing the long con, give enough info in the first part {Mustafa, secretive} make a show of dropping the joke, return and edit the joke giving more info {nuclear jargon} claim not as good as it could have been and let the audience finish the joke in their own heads.

What was that Mustafa joke??
Mustafa is an epithet of Muhammad, plus a common Muslim given name. The joke, if I'm understanding it correctly, is about terrorism. Especially this is on the BBC he probably figured he shouldn't go through with it, so bottled out of the joke, then repeated it with another name that doesn't have a connection to Islam. But it pretty much killed the joke.
