The Holland occupational code for personality typologist is IAE. This is my code. Unfortunately there are only 4 other occupations listed with it. And almost no jobs.
why is demonstrative vital not mental, how can it not show in public when its always on and strong? and its even called demonstrative, so how do we do demonstrate it to others? I heard for example for demonstrative Te that it is telling people how to do stuff right or better but yourself then not planning and winging it and not liking having people tell them how to do stuff. AYT typologist says that you do accept the world to ask for this function but you dont apply it for yourself. Is that wrong? what do I miss?
The demonstrative can easily be demonstrated in public on account of it being Bold, but it's also Unvalued, meaning that's something it doesn't prefer to do as often. Like I said in the video, the definition of mental/vital is pretty shaky, and there are often quite a few exceptions to it. Thanks for the question!

This is really informative. I sort of understood the Evaluatory/Situational Dichotomy as a combination of the Weak/Strong and Bold/Cautious Dichotomy. The Evaluatory Functions are either Strong & Bold or Weak & Cautious and the Situational Functions are Strong & Cautious or Bold & Weak. I've sort of interpreted the use of this dichotomy to sort of help portray the types rigid or flexible use of a function. For example, the reason why the Base and Demonstrative Function are constantly on overdrive is because both are areas where it is conducive to where we focus our energy and information that we have more ease in articulating. The opposite is true for the POLR and Suggestive, since both are areas which require some energy expenditure and even with that expenditure, the information is not confidently understood. For the Situational Functions, we go back and forth between the two since one requires less energy but the information is efficiently articulated and the other is the opposite. Depending on the situation, it might be more appropiate to either spend that energy to be productive with the use of the Creative or Ignoring or save that energy but take more time in dealing with that information with the Role and Mobilising.

The example you brought up here relates to a concept called Dimensionality, where different functions will have different modes of operation depending on the three dichotomies you cited.
