    Those bears head look really good! I only have two strains of lions mane yours and the MycTyson one (he has many strains though and you can't know which one you get when you get the blocks). The particular strain I got from him seemed brighter white to me also, the one I got from you are about almost halfway through the first flush and about the size of a tennis ball, I only made one cut in the block nevertheless, I am sure they will be delicious 😋 😁

    Sample, do you mean you get spores by using the mushroom from the wild? Any video about how to harvest spores from the wild mushrooms?

    • @FreshfromtheFarmFungi
      @FreshfromtheFarmFungi  Před 8 měsíci

      you can clone the tissue or collect spores and start from spore. I have one video on this watch this short czcams.com/users/shorts_mDIVgWiY0o?si=zOhKrHfduIMsIZ7G

    That bears head doesn’t look close to ready.They should have icicles?If you want some wood chips from wild I can send you 3 different samples on chips.They can have the most aggressive mycelium or have slow moving.They all fruit around the same time,besides one that tries to fruit during winter and by April it’s a two person harvest job

    Beautiful mushrooms! As they are growing, do I spritz the actual mushrooms?

    • @FreshfromtheFarmFungi
      @FreshfromtheFarmFungi  Před 2 lety +2

      you can yes but it’s best to create a humid environment inside a tote or a tent as an alternative this will prevent the mushroom
      from getting soggy and bruising

    Hey Gary. I was looking to order lionsmane from your Etsy shop. I noticed this bearshead listed. Then I found this video. As far as the health benefits for the brains and nervous system is there one that’s better than the other or are they similar and just vary based on regional sourcing? I’m ready to order now. Hopefully the state align and you see this coment asap. 🙏🏽😂 mush love

      Hey thanks for reaching out the bears head is a great one to add in addition because it’s similar but can withstand dry spells and higher temps better so I run it as a good pairing. Ill have more lions mane soon just keeps selling out before I can make new batches 🙏🏻🍄❤️
