The Golden Horseshoe (Gold) Course is a very good resort course located in Williamsburg, VA. The course is a classic parkland-style design fitting on a relatively small plot of land. The course has very good conditions generally and a fairly straightforward design. The terrain is undulating throughout and has several tight corridors and water features to present a little more challenge and interest than your average resort course. The standout feature of this course is the four par 3s which are all spectacular and the real eye-catching part of this property. If you are vacationing in the very popular Williamsburg area, this course is a must-play.
