Here is a review of the GSG ATI Drum Magazine for the Ruger 10/22 Get $10 and save on every purchase with Active Junky www.activejunky.com/invite/18...
The only firearm / firearm magazine I'd use WD-40 on, is one that I planned on throwing out. Those fake bullets that make up the follower ought to be a high visibility color, like numerous other firearms. Anyway, it looks like you've fixed your problem. Congratulations. Happy shooting.
I agree. They're pretty dependable. As good as the BX 25s. I paid $ 70 i think. Probably going to get a couple more too. Th are going to get very pricey pretty soon. Next year, these will be $500. IF you can find em.
How much did you pay plus shipping can you remember I have one for a gsg16 but I'm curiouse about the price back when you bought yours? I paid 89.99 plus shipping and handling 14.99 in 2022
Thanks for the video. was considering to get one but four huge windows to allow dirt, water and mud to enter the mag is a deal breaker. If those windows had a clear cover it would be better. Might be fun for the range but will definitely fail in the field.
Like your channel! Question, I want a ruger 10/22, but their is so many varieties of them like the itac and so on. Are all the ruger 10/22 mags interchangeable within the models that are ruger 10/22
All mags are interchangeable. the only limit is if you get a body that is difficult too use a larger mag or this drum. There are so many options. you can get a base synthetic stock one for about $170. then if you want get a AR-15, P90, or G36 polymer body to make it look cool. Unless you are competing I would not spend the money on match grade barrels and etc, they bring up the cost a lot!! You also have the option to buy a takedown version. These are really cool but certain scopes and accessories are not compatible. Either way it is a sweet rifle and easy to take apart and clean!! Since this gun is not made by Ruger, I got a Volquarten extractor which made this drum run flawless using Winchester white box. Always keep your action and your charging handle rod cleaned and lubed so any rounds can run and cycle through. Good luck!!
David Brewer I did upgrade my extractor to a volquartsen extractor with only coat about $15. After that it has been perfect running nything including Winchester white box ammo
Blessings to all ... question can one use the 110 round drum mag 👈 on the ruger charger takedown 22 ? I’m getting one and was wondering if anyone could help me out with this question 👈 ... thanks if my question gets answered bleeding to all ... rick MacGyver 305 exploding crosman .22 power shot .... and super light trigger modification to brake barrel rifles 👈
I know this video is old but I just bought one of these and it’s a total POS. It will not eject a casing . The empty hangs up on the following round every time.
@@antoniodiggins6890 if you look at a stock rotary mag the piece that holds the bullet in is much shorter. I filed off a little bit of metal on the new mag it helped but it still won't feed half the time. Goid luck
This magazine did not work in my Ruger 10/22. I have 10 and 25 round magazines that work great, but this GSG magazine would not allow the cartridges to eject.
I had to change the extractor for this to work on mine. I bought the Volquartsen extractor. It comes with a stronger spring. Use either golden bullets or CCI mini mags. These work great!!
David Brewer cool, mine was New also, but I think it might be quality control, either way if it jams it is really easy to install the extractor, takes 2 minutes. The 3xtra powe spring does the trick.
If anytime you have to modify your weapon to except a mag, then its the problem within the mag. you shouldnt have to change out anything in your rifles or guns to make things work. My new ruger 10/22 50th anniversary has close to 1500 rounds through it with out any issues until i use this 110 drum mag.
ANDY SEWELL all guns are not the same silly goose. Nothing is identical. I had to change the shell extractor and use more powerful rounds on my brand new Ruger 10/22, now it fires like a dream. It has bmf activator and 2x25 mag.
I recently purchased one of these for my SR22 rifle, and it came in the mail today. I just got back from the range and it was a jam-o-matic!! I loaded 110 rounds of CCI Blazer LRN 40gr. and every other round was a ftf!! I am extremely disappointed with this product. How has yours fared since you got it?
+iam22tired For my 10/22, I had to get a VOLQUARTSEN extractor. After that it ran perfect! I can run virtually any bulk round. It still runs great. FTF might mean you could also try to lube up the recoil spring and the bolt. Remember they recommend CCI mini mags because they want a strong round to fully cycle the action. Good luck

Great review, Sir! I think I will be picking one of these up. It seems like a pretty cool thing to have. Have a great day and God Bless:)

I saw these at my local sporting store picked up about three of them best mags I ever bought
are these drum mags still any good or did you have any issues with them?

Will this work on a 64 cal 22 lr
gun springs don't need oil
will this mag work for a uzi 22lr

Does this fit the ruger 10/22? Do u kno if this is the same as the gsg-16 and or if they both fit the 10/22 & wasnt able to find much info on it.
You can use powdered graphite instead of oil. My recommendation for gun oil is MP-5 or Tetra Oil.
I guess you can't use a speed loader with this drum.
Paint the fake bullets orange?
Great video 👈 was reaching and came across this great video 👈😀👍
Any drum for Tippman

saxonforge 4 windows makes it easier to clean. Could always use duct tape to cover them. Just a thought

Tac Dad thanks for the informative and quick reply!!
question does it work with a speed loader as well or no>
+Tyler Johnson No, will not work with a speed loader. You have to load one at a time or it will jam
Thanks for the review. Just ordered one of these! Have you had any jamming of rounds?
David Brewer I did upgrade my extractor to a volquartsen extractor with only coat about $15. After that it has been perfect running nything including Winchester white box ammo
Also they updated the design. No more string of fake bullets
@tacdad there is still a string of loose fake bullets in 2024
Thanks pop
Use a silicone based lube because petroleum degrades plastics

Yes it should, it might make it a bit heavy but it should work
Yes, it works great in my Charger Takedown pistol, but it does look a little like overkill.
I'll know when I'm out of bullets when I stop shooting.
mine JAMS !.constantly. Feed issues havent made it through one drum yet ...maybe some oil will help
try upgrading the extractor. I did that and it made all the difference.
No oil. Use lock lubricant. Its powdered graphite.

The CCI stingers run good in this thing. Have run 100 so far without a problem. I think the high velocity helps...theyre like 1640 fps
Can you use a gsg 5 drum mag on a gsg 16?
christian demulling yes
They make their own drum for the gsg 16
No

it says 10/22 but i have GSG 522 is it still ok?
oh, no I do not know how to get it for 522, but you may not need it for that one. Make sure you order the correct drum mag
will this drum fit a mossberg 715T 22lr
No
will this mag work for a 22 lr uzi pistol
Probably not, Unless it is a Ruger 10/22 or variant, the mag will not function.
Does It Work For The GSG Firefly ?
No this one only works on he 10/22 Theey make another one for the GSG Mp5 22s
@@tacdad would this fit a walther p22 lr22??
wheres it made?
FlameCranium it's German
+Tac Dad i understand it is a german company. but company and country of origin arent always the same thing. does it say: 'made in germany'?
It says made in Germany on the front
Hell yeah! Thankyou, sir. Youve been a huge help!
Those marks around the outside of the drum indicate a bullet.
Can these fit in ar15’s
no this is only for the 10/22. You could possible get a AR-15 looking body for it
Rem-Lube.
