    Nicely and tastefully built home. I enjoyed its overall styling and layout. And even though the floors are not real wood, I must say they look real and durable so that's good enough.

      Yup our prices are definitely going up and UP! Don’t see that ending any time soon, but this is also in a prime area..

    Wow these prices are out of control. You can find a detached home, the ones with the garage in the front for the same price. Developer needs to lay down the crack pipe.

      Yup I totally agree! But the last unit sold in this complex sold for $840K and showed just as well, but had a walkout basement, so at $799,900 our price is fair. Also the is in a prime area where the same product could sell for almost $150,000 more in this area!
