As far as small houses go this place was very impressive. The kitchen was well laid out and spacious. That patio space is a good touch - decent size too. And I really like the remote control blinds, but I would install that for the entire place. I love the fact that it also has a den. The primary bedroom was a good size the a walk-in closet was a plus. Overall I find little to not like about it the place.
