The space is really a unique design and breathtaking from any level!
Fantastic home. It is hard to make a 10,000 sqft home feel like a home. Usually these things come as big sterile minimalist boxes but this actually feels like you can make it a home. Loving the open spans between the floors for the living and Kitchen spaces. Great tour.

It's so interesting to watch a house and think, wow, the people this house was designed for has completely different priorities than I do. It's a gorgeous home, the finishing is top notch, and it's definitely dramatic. But all I can think is how much noise is going to travel from one floor to another. And as someone who rarely drinks, the amount of space dedicated to alcohol in the home is kind of overwhelming. In 10,000 sf, I'd prefer a good sized prep kitchen, a much bigger master closet, etc. But those are my priorites. But this was a great tour and a beautiful home.
We completely get your points, the home was designed specifically for the demographics of that area. It's a great entertainers home to extend and enjoy with friends, but still has everything that a big family needs. Thanks for watching!

It's leveled like a hotel an atrium of sorts. A truly beautiful home. I would sub the basement wine room for a kitchen that served bar food and draft beer. Now a soon as I hit the 50 million dollar lottery, I'll buy a house just like it.

Basement is an absolute dream, but if there's going to be tons of entertaining down there, that carpet would have to GO!!! This channel shows some of the best interior decor/designs out there. Beautiful home.

"First one I've seen before" - that line took me a second to figure out what was wrong with it. Not poking fun - I'd be a blithering fool trying to walk through a home and do a descriptive narration.
As for the home, it is gorgeous. I love the three story open view, the white oak, drywall beams on a wood ceiling, etc.

The exterior architecture and floor plan is really nice and cozy, the wood accent is very complimentary. With better interior design this home would be fantastic. They could of found a better place for the bottom floor laundry, laundry in a closet is not that attractive. Overall a beautiful home. My only add would be to upgrade the appliances .
Given their is only 1 bedroom in the basement, maybe it's best having a laundry closet to not take up to much space? We love the wood accents also!

Upper bar 15 feet long. Basement bar 8 feet long.
What a nightmare of a house. A soulless collection of rooms replicated more than once. Who needs two wine rooms ? Grey and dark plain furniture with zillions of stairs. A couple with two children would have difficulty finding each other. Brenda

The world would be such a blaw place without unique design and architecture. That is why it is full of choice.

This is just 10,000 Sq-ft of none functional regardless im sure it will be an amazing family home to grow up in this house as a teen will be cool for sure. . . Colors and ascetic 7.8/10 But wasted space and none functional every area that you'd want a TV doesn't have one and is set more like a Buffalo Wild Wings then a home 😑. for $5M that was the poorest excuse of a master bedroom ive seen yet. and yup let me make all the bathroom none private let me also put a bar up stairs where im sure the kids will be n the build then said " Ahhhhh F it " lets just add another bar and wine room down stairs 🤣😅
You have some valid points and no home is perfect.. but that is because everyone values different things, we absolutely love the home!
I need to post so maybe I can save one person who is thinking of incorporating ANY of the design concepts of the house into their build. To much to say, I'll just start with the really unfunctional study. Two story, open concept study; really?! I talk a lot on the phone in my study; I love cozy in my study:16x12 is perfect for a work study; I love my high-efficacy direct-vent fireplace in my study; I need a tv and cabinets on both walls. I ZONE my study, (5 zones in 4000 sq ft house), You MUST have lots of HVAC ZONES in this new world. I shut the main house down to 50 degrees at night, but can stray super toasty in my study with just the direct-vent fireplace. This house is a disaster. People design to live not to look pretty! Imagine the kids playing video games down in this open basement and your up in the kitchen hearing that sh*t.
Architecture and design isn’t for everyone. That is the beauty of choice. HVAC wise may we suggest a state of the art High Velocity system with triple fan coils fed by dual boilers. This would be a far superior choice to a zoned traditional hvac setup.This setup has afforded this house a 34% increased efficiency over traditional HVAC due to this well designed modern and innovative system.

Have you effectively done your market comparisons? Research is always key to comparing value and price. This house in some markets could be seen as extremely underpriced as well. Again location is always key.

The beauty of architecture is that it creates inspiration and sets feelings. Some people prefer more traditional spaces and that is why the market is filled with many different styles and design.
