The video says to use a torgue wrench, where are the specifications ? It would be good if there was a video for a rwd truck. Fortunately I was able to figure how to do the job. Ford made disconnecting the front passenger side o2 sensor on my truck very difficult by placing the coupling too high up. I was replacing the sensors so I cut the wire to the old sensor and after removing the catalytic converter assembly I modified the location of the coupling.
You have to go to your local auto parts store they should have the book and manufacturer specs for that year truck. It'll also have all the torque specs. And parts. You can only buy them for each vehicle after it's been out for 10 years.

The passenger side outer exhaust flange nut is impossible to reach, it seems like a swivel semi deep socket is needed

There is no gaskets on 12th gen f150 gen1 5.0 it's all cone style
