Hi Sarah, there’s a Childrens cartoon called The Little Drummer Boy, it was on every year just like Rudolph, the Red Nose Reindeer and Santa Clause Is Coming To Town and so many others. Back in my childhood there were no VCR’s or DVD’s, so they played on tv only one time and all the children waited anxiously to watch these classic shows, the anticipation was wonderful, unfortunately children no longer have that anticipation leading to these shows, they are available whenever you want to see them. Maybe you can search your tv and find the Little Drummer Boy. Love both of these songs, and so few react to The First Noel, I love it because you really get to hear the beautiful richness of Avi’s voice, actually in both of these. I've only watched a few of your Pentatonix reactions so far but I am loving you so far! In this one you mention how young they are and yes, they were pretty young in this one! If you are interested in seeing how they started. There are a bunch of videos from when they were on the show 'The Sing Off'. They were on the Third Season and they had just gotten together as a group. Kirstie, Mitch and Scott went to school together and heard about the Sing Off and wanted to enter but they required 5 people minimum in a group, so a mutual friend of theirs introduced them to Avi who they said was a stellar Bass and then Scott found Kevin on CZcams beatboxing and playing the Cello and said 'this is it, this is our 5th member'. They rehearsed like a day before the show and the rest as you know it -- is history. They won the competition and moved out to California where they'd won the recording contract - a week or so later, Sony dropped them, claiming that Acapella wouldn't become popular. Daft Punk was their first Emmy - filmed in Avi and Kevin's closet and edited in their kitchen for 400$. They just kept putting up youtube videos until they got a new recording contract.
Grammy, not Emmy. Emmy is for TV. Grammy is for music.

I've got to single out Kevin in this song. We know he's a world class beat boxer but in this song it's just so perfect. The star of this song in my humble opinion. And Kirsty at the end gives me goosebumps. This is my 2nd favorite Christmas song of all time. (Bing Crosby & David Bowie is #1 for me me anyway)
