    Hello Akanksha, how did we decide what and when and which type of journal we have to written. I mean it’s gratitude or any other. You offer a course also in 3 categories. Which one would you suggest first for beginner

      These are many ways to journal. And there various techniques, prompts and formats to try.
      You will know which one to do once you get basic introduction to Mindful Journaling and how journaling can be used to achieve various outcomes.

      ⁠:) that’s okay. Write about whatever you do have in mind. Other things you can do - practice gratitude journaling, planning your day, making goals to begin with. And also I recommend you start reading books, to give yourself more food for thought and introduce yourself to new good ideas. I have a gratitude journaling and planning video - check them out! ❤
