Is bhastrika pranayam necessary before doing guided meditation
Not necessarily before every meditation. When done - do it on empty stomach.
Bhastrika pranayam kya sone se pahale kar sakate hai
I would recommend otherwise. Do it when you need energy. On empty stomach.

What is the difference in your Mindful journal course and gratitude journal course
Hi :) Mindful Journaling Course is a holistic course with various journaling techniques, it will give you an overall understanding and also teach of how journaling can be used for de--stressing, finding emotional relief, self-reflection and building a positive mindset. Gratitude Journaling course, deeply focuses on building a gratitude journaling practice and in-turn a gratitude mindset. Depending on your current needs you can choose one of these courses. These are many ways to journal. And there various techniques, prompts and formats to try. You will know which one to do once you get basic introduction to Mindful Journaling and how journaling can be used to achieve various outcomes. I recommend you start with Mindful Journaling Course. It covers all different formats and you can do this course at your own pace with it's lifetime access. :) that’s okay. Write about whatever you do have in mind. Other things you can do - practice gratitude journaling, planning your day, making goals to begin with. And also I recommend you start reading books, to give yourself more food for thought and introduce yourself to new good ideas. I have a gratitude journaling and planning video - check them out! ❤
