The food market in Saudi especially in Riyadh is very competitive. It’s hard to say you find the best shawarma or steaks …. At least you’d have at the end 10-15 restaurants.

The white sauce is toum...made out of garlic..same sauce we put in chicken shawerma... for chicken shawerma we put toum and for beef we put tahini and hummus...

The cheese fathers is definitely one of my favorite things to get from mama noura since I was a child, it goes amazingly well with banana milk or cocktail
I suggest you go to Al-Ula, as it is a wonderful city and has many wonders that you will enjoy. It is in northern Saudi Arabia, and there you will see snow, and it is rather cold. Or go to Asir, which is a very beautiful and mountainous region located in southern Saudi Arabia. Search for her more. We are happy to have you, Emeka

Mama noura fries arent salted when they serve it to you. We usually put salt and vinegar on the fries, makes them much better. The cheese pastry and shawarma are amazing though
