Man bro, you’re doing gods work here. Covering the good old Fox Kids shows really gives me nostalgia vibes. I just want you to know I really appreciate it. So Thank you.
For those who might not know, there currently is a new Kinnikuman anime being made that's going to come out this year. For Ultimate Muscle fans it's somewhat of a prequel, but it's also a continuation of the old 80's series that never got a dub.
This video takes me back to the Saturday mornings I would watch this anime. One thing I loved about Ultimate Muscle aside from the humor was the characters & their various finisher moves.
Even though I enjoyed the way the anime ended, I feel the manga ending is superior: Having Kevin winning the tournament works not only to set up Mantaro (Kid Muscle as he's called in the dub) next arc, with him learning humility and to overcome defeat by becoming a more dedicate wrestler (making the moment where he does the Muscle Gravity in the manga earned and result of his training and dedication), but it also works as subversion of expectation for for Kevin's arc. Usually in animes, the anti-heroes (ex: Vegeta, Kaiba, Bakugo and others) starts as brooding loners who, after being defeated by the main heroes, learning the value of working with others. But in the case of Kevin, he was already in this path by accepting to be train by Lord Flesh (Warsman). He defeating Mantaro and winning the tournament works for Kevin to see the strenght he achived by letting go of his "loner wolf" attitude and accepting the help of others.
I've already got the complete Ultimate Muscle Series Blu-ray a few days ago and I am very happy because now I can enjoy watching the episodes on my big TV screen. Even thought that I am happy to get this anime series at last I'm hoping that some of my past anime series like Cardcaptors (Nelvan), Spider Riders and Yo Kai Watch will finally be released onto Blu-Ray in the future just like Beyblade G Revolution, Sonic X and Ultimate Muscle.
Great video, kinda wished you would've glossed over the first original series and maybe even the old little toys. We got them, but no show for years. It was awesome finally seeing where they came from when this aired.
Some corrections: The poison six-pack tag team matches. The first team was Terry Kenyon and Jeager, the second team was Wally Tusket and Dik Dik Van Dik, and the last tag team match had Kid Muscle and Kevin Mask (Kid did not fight in all of the matches). Also, in the manga, Meat is actually a kid. Younger than Kid Muscle.

Good work boss man glad you talking about this underappreciated gem
Thank you for doing this. This was one of my favorite shows as a kid and the memories kept rolling in 🙂
This channel deserves more views for its videos.
Damn 20 years later I just realized that was his face not being covered by the mask I thought he had big bubble lips when I was a kid😂😂😂

Where did you get the series from??!?

Meat was with Kinnikuman before Kid was even born, how is it possible for him to be younger than kid?
I think he was put in suspended animation in between series; which halted his aging.
1:16 ok about to say his name is
(Dik Dik van Dik) . He called by another name in this video
I seen this show on KIX and loved it
Man after this I need fighting foodons, metabots and digimon
In a better timeline,Kevin would have won and we would have gotten the demon seed arc,the best arc
I actually had the best childhood peak
Its crazy how tech it's a sequel to his father's story
Absolutely magnificent, thanks for sharing this ❤
the italian dub is crazy good
I HEARD THE SERIES HAD A SEQUEL THAT WASN'T ANIMATED.
Bruh why is the end picture of his dad doing the face flash and not him?
The anime ending was a rip. The manga ending should of been what people should of seen.
Was this made with AI?
1:16 huh ..? It's *Dik Dik van Dik* 😅 dam the name ?
Where can I watch the show??? 😭😭😭
Oh ho oh
That wasn't roxeanne, that's was kids mom in the first couple of scenes
Her real name is Rinkp
I’d rather see Kevin Mask win in that episode
I Want to know kinikuman real face
Absolutely clickbait cover image..
10:23 skibidi toilet
So much ignorance on this video introduction, like you don't know Kinnikuman at all.
More!!!!!
