Just proof that she is the queen and her live performances are so infused with energy/synergy. It’s the energy from audience that she feeds off of and gives right back. This performance was in the day light with the music video effects on the jumbo screens ( that was the only staging effects ) just Madonna, the Band, and two dancers at the end and the the crowd was erupting with energy. Just proof she does not need all the production she usually has with her touring that she can have same entry and effect on a crowd live without it. That being said I love the huge staging production she tours with and every tour just gets bigger and better. Dam this lady is untouchable. Just the gold standard when it comes to a live performance.
Loving the vibe she provokes, she’s a REAL artist, her presence marks territory, LEGEND.
This is among the best live performances she has ever given in her whole career. In a career spanning almost 40 years, there are quite a few to choose from; but this certainly tops my list.

I was at this consert in Hyde Park in 2005, right behind the golden circle. This song was one of the songs with most singing, dancing and lively people around among us spectators. When Keane sang Bedshaped, when Robbie Williams was on stage, when Pink Floyd performed Comfortably Numb and when George Michael came on stage to sing with Paul McCartney was also equal to the experience we had livelywise with Madonna and her Ray of Light
This right here proves she never needed those massive productions behind her. She is a one woman's show.
It’s a pity she’s lost the believe and faith in herself that she can deliver a show just because she’s on stage. If you compare this performance to the disaster that her ESC performance was it’s hard to believe that this is the same artist.

This particular song was one that transcended fan bases. Many folks i know who were not into Madonna or pop music in general, loved this song...the rockers, the EDM crowd, the pop crowd, etc. It is so infectious and full of energy, that it just gets people worked up.

The whole album Ray of Light is amazing and as I bought it I thought I had become a fan, but alas. When I heard her next album after I felt... nothing.
Still it opened my eyes and ears to at least one of her older tracks, Like a Prayer. Also a great one.
It’s not complicated. Just can’t call myself a fan because the majority of Madonna’s work I don’t care for.
This song (and album) like the OP says, bridges many music styles so that fans of both rock, techno, house, etc, can appreciate it and that’s quite impressive.
